INTRODUCTION

CF Ambiente LLC operates in the environmental sector and in construction, it is specialized in remediation processes and in the

disposal of asbestos-containing materials, in new roofing installation, in dangerous/undangerous waste transport services, and is

also authorized to manage municipal collection centers.

It has been in charge of waste management since 2009 and has operated throughout the country as a single company

and in collaboration with other compagnie both in the private and public sector.

Customer satisfaction has always been the company's goal, which relies on the partnership with other companies and

invests into human resources and equipment. All of this provides its customers "key in hand " solutions in activities outside its

own field of expertise.

HISTORY

CF Ambiente Srl was founded in 2009 after the transformation of the Fersini & Figlio Snc company, whose members were

Claudio Fersini (who is currently the sole director and shareholder of CF Ambiente LLC) and his father Rocco Fersini.

Fersini & Figlio Snc mainly provided gully sucking services to private citizens and companies operating in the hotel industry.

The year 2005 represented a turning point to operate in other activities concerning the environmental sector and the

diversification of such activities.

In 2005, Fersini & Figlio Snc acquired the authorization for asbestos removal activities of compact matrix, enrolled in the

Environmental Managers 10 A Category, and obtained the authorization for the transport of dangerous hazardous waste, was

included in Category 5 of the Register of Environmental Managers.

Thanks to the newly acquired permissions, the company was able to expand its business activities, by focusing on the

activity of remediation of asbestos-containing materials, the activity of waste in cleaning sites in uncontrolled abandonment

with tran sport disposal / recovery of waste, never abandoning its gully sucking activities, considered by the company as a real

plus.

In 2009 the transformation of Fersini & Figlio Snc in CF Ambiente LLC led to the acquisition of the shares by its sole

shareholder Claudio Fersini, who also became its Managing Director.

The company has already experienced revenue growth, but will achieve its best results thanks to its new look.

The bravest administration by young Fersini will bring it to confront necessarily with new sectors, with a view to maintaining and

developing its market.

Over the years the company has made some strategic choices that have allowed it to be competitive, to gain new

market opportunities and develop its turnover. It has set itself the goal of working with the public administrations and to

achieve this objective it acquired authorizations and qualifications that have allowed it to participate in public tenders;

furthermore, it is equipped with trained staff able to work with the public sector; it has invested in facilities and equipment in

order to perform all the operations directly and without any risk of compromising the company’s image built over the years.

The company offers customers a comprehensive service that encompasses all aspects related to the environmental

sector, and turns to individuals, businesses and governments.

8 INDUSTRIAL REMEDIATION This is a service that CF AMBIENTE LLC can offer thanks to its highly-qualified and integrating technologies and advanced.equipment Its main services in this field are: 1) Remediation of above-ground and underground tanks by using traditional methods. It intervenes with the traditional methods where there is a high risk for the presence of toxic substances, as well as flammable and explosive ones.

We operate remediation of underground and above-ground tanks of small, medium and large size, as well as with fixed and floating roofs.

We can outline the above-mentioned intervention according to the following procedure: - Safety of the tank to be reclaimed by means of forced ventilation systems with pneumatic or electric explosion-proof

systems; - Removal of fluid produced by self purging or by pneumatic pumps with hydraulic or electrical explosion-proof systems; - Manual removal of sludge shoveled through personal access of staff with appropriate protective equipment and specific

equipment such as hydraulically operated pumps as well as hand tools made of spark-proof materials; - Final washing of the tank with jets of water at high pressure together with solvents of high environmental compatibility;

collection of the washing waters; - Final release of a gas-free certification, carried out through the intervention of highly-qualified technicians not belonging to

our organization. The service also offers on-site treatment of waste water and sludge extracted in order to maximize product recovery that can be returned to the Client and to minimize the waste amounts to be allocated to external systems. The treatment can be run by passage PASSAGGIO IN DISOLEATORI, the thermal treatment of the sludge with the flow in the sedimentation tanks and the recovery of the lighter reusable phase, centrifugation, filtration, fluidization, etc. Personnel safety is ensured through the use of cutting-edge IPD, intervention methods and adequate environmental monitoring tools with periodic calibrations. 2) Reclamation of tanks by using the methodically COW (Crude Oil Washing) system. The COW System method is extremely effective to clean up large oil tanks by means of floating heads turbines. This system has been improved and adapted to the European requirements and to those of the petroleum-producing Countries, and It also applies to reservoirs of small size and / or can reach any location.

ASBESTOS REMEDIATION : removing asbestos cement roofs of civil and industrial buildings, and of all manufactured asbestos;

CF AMBIENTE LLC mainly deals with the disposal of

materials containing asbestos, by performing the

removal of coverages and artifacts with both civil and

industrial properties; thanks to decades of expertise of

its owner Claudio , the company operates throughout

the country. It also deals with the installation of new

roofs with industrial materials which vary according to

the customer’s wishes.

The procedure can be summarized as follows: site inspection to verify the feasibility and nature of the work; Analysis of the refusal by means of samples submitted to the appropriate laboratory; Presentation of the Work Plan at the local health authority; Before manipulating any material containing asbestos operators are asked to wear the safety devices in accordance with law,

and which are provided by the Company; encapsulation by means of Airless Pump eternit material, in order not to allow the dispersion of fibers during handling; Removal / collection of items; Packing of floor areas on platform or in Big Bags of asbestos-containing materials; load and transport of the waste to authorized disposal centers

10 DEMOLITION SERVICE

In order to provide a complete service to customers who are increasingly confronted with environmental upgrading and renewal issues, CF ENVIRONMENT LLC has also included the demolition industry to its activities.

Thanks to constant investments in new equipment we are able to perform demolition of industrial installations and building components in total safety.

We have the knowledge and equipment to perform: The demolition of metal infrastructure with hot cutting methods such as plasma cutting machines, installations for

oxyacetylene or oxypropanic cutting, grinders, etc. The demolition of metal infrastructure with cold cutting methods such as an operating machine with hydraulic shears, 48V drill with magnetic column, hydrodynamic shear machine, etc. The demolition of infrastructure and building components by using mechanical excavators with demolition hammer or

concrete pliers.

GULLY SUCKING

CF AMBIENTE LLC has provided a gully sucking service for both private citizens and the industry since 1996. This has been the first service offered by the company since its very beginning, as already explained in the History section.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Although it is not our will to perform or coordinate services that are only related to waste disposal, in order to be able to offer our Customers the convenience to manage only one interlocutor we carry out a waste management service which we commonly produce with our clean-up and maintenance activities at the local units of customers.

We carry out this service through several licensed facilities located throughout the country, mainly for the following types of waste:

Sludge tank and oil sludge Oily washing waters Solutions for chemical cleaning Contaminated land Asbestos made of compact and friable matrix exhausted active carbons from our installations of water / air treatment All types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste

At the same time and for the same reasons stated above we perform the management of recoverable waste, which are also products of our remediation and demolition activities:

Inert materials from building demolition Scrap metal or metal in general Wood Plastics

Both waste target plants and companies eventually identified for transportation are selected according to a hard and careful assessment process of all the suppliers and the waste path is monitored until the full final disposal, thus ensuring compliance with all processes required by law and by our certified internal management system.

CF AMBIENTE LLC is a very dynamic company which, thanks to valuable collaborations, also operates outside its region.
