We will be restarting our Children's Church in October for K-4th grade. We will be needing 2 people each week to help teach our children (curriculum is provided). Please see Anni Nix or Sheree Jordan if you would be willing to work in our Children's Church during worship service.
Thanks!
NEXT SUNDAY NIGHT! We’re calling ALL church members to a very special and important
“COVENANT SERVICE” Sunday, Sept. 27th @ 6:00 pm
You don’t want to miss this special evening as we enter into a covenant with our new pastor and at the same time we will celebrate the blessing that our great staff has been to all of us. Special guests include: Dr. Anthony Jordan, Scott Phillips, Paul Koonce
and special music by Joey Zodrow & Matt Neighbors.
For the next few weeks Bro. Heath will continue his sermon series on
“Foundations: Rebuilding the Church on Biblical Truths.” We have several special services planned for Sunday nights with some of them
building on the morning themes. MORNING SERVICE: 10:30 AM EVENING SERVICE: 6:00 PM AUG. 23: PRAYER All-Church End of Summer Picnic AUG. 30: THE WORD WAR ROOM movie SEPT. 6: THE GOSPEL No service. Spend Labor Day w/Family SEPT. 13: DISCIPLESHIP “How to Disciple” Training SEPT. 20: FELLOWSHIP Small Group Fellowships SEPT. 27: MISSIONS All-Church Covenant Service OCT. 4: MINISTRY Ministry Fair (see below) OCT. 11: WORSHIP Worship Walk w/Lord’s Supper OCT. 18: GENEROSITY One-on-One discipleship night
OCT 4: MINISTRY FAIR @ 6:00 PM • What does your ministry do? • Who leads it? • Who attends it? • Do you need more workers? • Would you like more members to come to it? How about an opportunity to share all of the above with the church family? That’s a ministry fair! We’re asking our ministry teams to have a table/booth to share just that with the church fam-
ily as part of the evening service. So start gathering pictures, examples of your ministry’s work, info sheets about what you do and be prepared to share it with the church family. And don’t forget to include a sign up sheet to enlist new workers and members!
Questions? See Bro. Heath or Scott.
WORKERS NEEDED! We currently have openings for
