You can be too! Here is how to participate:

1. Stop in at any participating business onSaturday, November 25, 2017.

2. Pick up a Shop Small Stamp Card while youare there and collect a unique stamp from each participating business. One stamp per business. One Stamp Card per person.

3. Giveaway: fill up your stamp card by visitingat least 10 participating businesses and deliver it to our Small Business Saturday booth, located at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Center, 597 State Route 37, Akwesasne, before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 25 or Sunday, November 26, 2017.

Winner will receive a one-night stay donated by the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort, dinner for two at Maple Room Steakhouse and Sweetgrass Spa certificate donated by MCA Economic Development.

Must be 18 years of age to enter.

Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Small Business Saturday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all people, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Office of Economic Development and Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Economic Development are not eligible.

2. Sponsor The Giveaway is sponsored by the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Office of Economic Development, located at 412 State Route 37, Akwesasne, New York 13655.

3. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Giveaway Period The Giveaway begins on November 25, 2017 at 12:01am EST and ends on November 26, 2017 at 3:00pm EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

5. How to Enter This method of entry will be available at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Center, 597 State Route 37, Akwesasne, New York 13655. Entrants must collect a Small Business Saturday Stamp Card at participating business, or Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Center, AND collect a minimum of ten (10) stamps, one per business, and complete their name and phone number, to be qualified. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Entries received from any person, in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Prize Drawing On or about December 01, 2017, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone on or about December 01, 2017. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winners will be notified by phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

8. Prizes One (1) night stay at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort, 873 State Route 37, Akwesasne, New York 13655; One (1) Dinner for two at Maple Room Steakhouse ($70.00 value) good thru 10/20/2018 donated by Mohawk Council of Akwesasne (MCA) Economic Development; and One (1) Sweetgrass Spa certificate ($150.00 value) good thru 10/20/2018 donated by MCA Economic Development.

9. General Conditions If the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, or that the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any reason, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best confirms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Giveaway and award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related hereto). Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

11. Disputes Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Sponsor Office of Economic Development Director.

12. Privacy By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to public announcement of their name upon winning a prize.

Winners List will be published on Sponsor’s website and social media accounts. To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Office of Economic Development, Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe, 412 State Route 37, Akwesasne, New York 13655.
