Slides and handouts should not be the same.
Simplify the slides destined for the projector.
! During a learning session, new information is kept in the working memory.
! Ideas in the working memory are subject to persuasion and reasoning.
! Space is limited. The working memory can only hold between 5 AND 9 PIECES OF INFORMATION at once – referred to as cognitive load.
