Sleep

•Sleep plays a vital part in peoples physical and mental health. Sleep is involved in many different aspects in humans body's such as sleep reduces stress and it improves peoples memory's and during sleep the human body repairs its heart, blood vessels and other internal damage.

My Research During researching about sleep I found out about the many things about sleep and its benefits and what happens to a person if they are sleep deprived.I found out that an average teenaged and adult should be getting 8 hours of sleep every night and sleeping less than 7 hours a night reduces a persons life expectancy. People spend more than a one third of their lives sleeping that more than 25 years

Target Audience

• My target Audience is all 16- 18 (Teenagers) male and female in England, mostly students who are too distracted to sleep during the night so they have sleepless nights. The reason I chose this particular age range is because I am in the same age range so I know how to get through to my peers to encourage them to get better sleep by putting their distractions that prevents sleep on silent for only 8 hours to get a fully rested night. I know what type of powerful message will get through to my peers.

• My mood board contains a variety of different images some peaceful sleep and others showing people having trouble sleeping or being distracted.

Slogan and mock-up poster idea

• This is my first idea for my poster, I wanted to how times have changed like when you were young you slept in peace and as you get older it gets more difficult to sleep. I am also working on a different poster which is similar to this but improved. I'm still working on my slogan.
