We review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractualagreements.

We establish and implement policies and procedures or security and quality control, select

trade sub-contractors and co-ordinate their activities, and oversee national, provincial andmunicipal data, submit or permits, plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase o buildingmaterials, rentals and others.

We prepare all reports and monitor, coordinate and manage all fnancial aspects o theconstruction project.
