MULTILINEAR
It is a semi-traditional system for the execution of slabs cast in place with high capacity props which support a primary and secondary frame of wood beams with protected heads.It is ideal for cast slabs in monolithic reinforced or lightened concrete and also for traditional slabs with thick beams.The counter casting surface, usually made by the company, can consist of “yellow” or blacks panels or various types of plywood 21 or 27 mm thick depending on the architectural requirements and degree of finishing required.
The multilinear formwork system consists of a few elements:
— props of various openings and capacities in accordance with EN 1065— EM 20 wooden beams 330, 390, 490, 590 cm long protected at the head ends 4-way head— intermediate head— drop head— 30 cm plate for lowered beams and super elevation— 25 cm angle bar for slab lateral infilling

multilinear formworks with 4-way headIt is the most economic semi traditional solution for the execution of slabs with any geometries. The 4-way head allows carrying out primary frames with one or two PL20 beams to optimize the number of props necessary.
multilinear formworks with drop headThe use of the drop head significantly reduces the amount of material needed to reinforce the slabs. Once the casting has been carried out, after the minimum period of consolidation which mainly depends on the thickness of the slab, type of concrete and external temperature it is possible to proceed with the recovery of tripods and intermediate props. Then, simple hammer blow it is possible to release the fork from the drop head, which lowers itself allowing recovering the primary and secondary EM20 beams and part of the boards.
The props with drop headremain reinforced until the complete consolidation of concrete. The recovered components can be reused to reinforce a second slab by using a second set of props.
For the reinforcement of a third slab it is possible to use the props of the first slab because the complete consolidationof the first slab allows replacing the props with others of poor performance.

accessories for lowered beamsSpecial plates and infilling angle bars are available to quickly reinforce, even without specialized labor, lowered beams and edge beams up to 60 cm. The 25 cm angle bar for infilling slabs is the safest, quickest and most economical solution for the lateral stopper casting.

Four-way head spindle is placed at the top of the frames. The system height is adjusted by means of four-way spindle head as well as spindle foot. The head holds either single or double beams.
Spindle foots are placed at the bottom of the system. They help fine adjustment of the height.
Couplers with connecting pins ensure an easy and safe connection between two frames.
Diagonal braces connect the frames, so the system becomes stable. The braces are produced at different lengths.
Security straps fix the spindles to the basic frame, so during the table transport components are not separated.

tableform application — 1 Main and secondary beams The main and secondary beams with plywood form the upper construction. lt is a tailor-made structure and can be arranged according to any slab load. The four-way heads are fixed to the main beams to ensure the connection between the upper construction and the supporting structure.
— 2 Supporting structure Basic frames are joined with diagonal braces and form a stable structure. Any combination of basic frames with spindles allows the height adjustment to be precise.

The upper construction and supporting structure are combined with connecting pins thus making a table. lt can be used several times without disassembling throughout the project.
The advantages of the tableform are:
— high circulation speed— long service Iife for components
When striking a table, lowering the spindle nuts is time-consuming work. lt is especially hard to turn the nuts under the weight of the table. Table trolleys eliminate this problem and allow you to turn the nuts freely thus saving time and labor. When erecting the table, the same work will be repeated. That means time and labor savings will be doubled.

In areas where the interspaces of the floor-beams are small, the emmeflex offers an excellent solution. The advantage of the emmeflex is that the same components support the floor-beam as well as the slab. The tableform application is preferred in this system.

Beam forming is known as time-consuming work at the sites. However, the moveable trestle speeds up the work. lts hooks attach it to the secondary beam and allow it to run along the beam. The trestle can be fixed to the beam by means of a wing nut at any point.

FLASH slab formwork system
Flash is the universal formwork system for slabs. Universal because it is suitable for all types of slabs e.g.: massive concrete, precast slab, hollow stone slabs to up to the foamed polystyrene slab.The assembly and dismantling time will be reduced by half compared to traditional support systems.

Standard components:
The flash slab formwork system is made of 5 parts: props, drop head, main supporting beams, girders in aluminium and lamellar girder.All individual parts are very light, can be manually assembled and dismantled and requires little storage room and transport volumes.
The flash formwork system is joined with EN1065 heavy load prop or with normal construction props.For massive slabs up to 30 cm capacity, one only needs a heavy-duty prop every 3 m². Through additional props the system permits slab thickness of up to 80 cm.The drop head is attached to the top of the prop which are connected to the main beams available in 3 different steps 100/150/200 cm.

2 variants one systemThe flash slab formwork system is available in two versions i.e. “ECO or STANDARD“. Both versions can be assembled and dismantled easily and safely by 2 person only.Every construction worker can assemble an average of 100 m² per day.
The version ECO is made from right-angled grids, as well as glued wood.The beams are inserted from the bottom at a distance (adjustable) 50 cm on one of the other and allow the support and fixing of roof panels.
All components are assembled from the lower level. The version ECO type is for economical use and with the smallest transport and storage volumes.
The version STANDARD, like the version ECO is made up from rectangular grids and permits the use of the non-sliding and safe aluminium girders. Though all components are assembled from the lower levels, the formwork panels can be assembled from above.
The non-sliding girders is finished with special aluminium profiles and weights only 10 kg. All safety requirements are fulfilled even when using surface panels or hollow stone slabs.

flexibility of the systemWith the formation of rectangular or square modules in different sizes, the slab formwork flash is an extremely flexible system, able to guarantee maximum coverage even in the presence of geometrically complex slab.
free choice of the surface panelsThe flash slab formwork system permits the use different surface panels, each according to the quality requirements of the concrete surface.For the formwork panels is no reductions of the measurements and the direction are given before hand. For practical work are recommended to use the formwork panels of measurements 200x50 or 250x50 cm and a thickness of 27 mm.

SKYFORM
It is a modular system of formworks in aluminium for the execution of monolithic or lightened concrete slabs cast in place.
Skyform is a fully industrialized formwork system that does not require specialized labor for assembly. The ideal use is in presence of monolithic or lightened slabs.
It is also used in casting of traditional joist and hollow block slabs and above all for the safety it ensures during work.
Skyform formworks belong to Class 7 according to the prEN 15113-1.

The coupling of the heads with the spring safety hook makes quick and safe the assembling and disassembling.
The system consists of a limited number of components that includes high-capacity props of various sizes, aluminium beams of various sizes and panels of various sizes in aluminium with a covering of plywood. The reduced weight of each component (maximum 15.5 kg) allows to a single person to reinforce manually the slab quickly and easily thanks to the modularity of components. Both steel and aluminium props can be used for high capacities and heights. The dismantling head allows dismantling beams and panels after a few days from casting to be used for another work leaving as dividing strip the prop useful for the complete consolidation of concrete. This way, the material is used more frequently while costs of depreciation are significantly reduced.

Strengths:
— ideal for casting concrete monolithic slabs. The system is also sized for very thick slabs placed at a high altitude— the components are handled manually: the panels are in aluminium and weigh less than 16 kg— modular, lightweight and intuitive, it allows a very high productivity: 3 operators can assemble up to 500 m2 per day of Skyform formworks with slab intrados of 3 m— it allows a significant reduction in the time of casting rotation on site thanks to the dismantling head system— the special hooking of the dismantling head allows a safe installation, without risk of accidental slipping out of the head from the prop— reduced use of number of props: only 1 every 3.45 m2
— the modularity of the system allows creating any geometry of the slab— the props in skyform aluminium with high mechanical properties, with openings from 2.0 up to 5.20 m expandable with extensions and with capacities up to 75kN, allow reinforcing any type of slabs
