Prayerful Hearts ♥ Betty Davis Richter, a close friend of Alison Jones’, lost her mother and

father to an accidental gas leak in their home. Their names are John and Peggy Davis and they live in Indiana.

♥ Susan Rudd is mourning the loss of her grandfather, C.A. Howerton. He passed away this past week in Arkansas.

♥ Clay Morton, Ava Storie’s father, is now out of the hospital and back at Regency.

♥ Joyce Gilmore is now home from the hospital and doing better.

Spiritual Might Night Tonight!

Spiritual Might Night meets tonight! This is for all children ages 2 years through 5th grade. Drop off is at 4:45 pm at the drive through at the Church building. Pick up will be at 6:45 at the Oasis. Please send $2 per child for dinner.

Monday Night Live · Oct 27

“A Harvest of Blessings” will be the theme for the Oct. 27th Monday Night Live. This is the time of the year when we all begin to reminiscence about the many blessings God has given us. So on this night we will hear from some of the ladies in the orange group what they consider their ‘greatest blessings’.

Our meal that night will be ‘breakfast foods’, so we encourage you to join us in wearing your pajamas or lounging wear. It will be a night of fun, blessings, good food, and fellowship with each other as we end 2014.

If you have never attended one of the Monday Night Live events, please come and join us. We begin at 6:30 and end at 8:00 pm in the CAC. (Since this will be the last one for the 2014 year, we will draw for 2015 groups that night.)

Sign-up forms are on a table in the church foyer for the annual Ladies Holiday Gift Exchange. If you are going to attend, and bring a friend, family member, etc., please also list their names. For those that are decorating a table, please indicate on the second sign-up sheet if you will need a round or rectangle table. The cost will be the same as last year, $12 per person. We will be serving Chicken Devan, Cheesy Potatoes, Green Beans, Fruit Salad, Tossed Salad, Bread, dessert, and drink. For questions, please contact Alison Jones.

SOS (Sisters of Strength) will meet Monday night at

5:30 in room 114 at the church building.

Adults, be sure to decorate your trucks, cars, SUV, etc. on Wednesday night, Oct 29, for Trunk or Treat! Our small children will be trick or treating from car to car following a short devotional in the auditorium. Trunk or Treat will be from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in front of the CAC and Oasis. Remember no scary or gory outfits or decorations. This is a fun night for all our children and adults!

Room In The Inn

Room in the Inn will begin on November 2 and will be held the first and third Sunday nights until April 19.
