SKY SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES

We can provide any type of Sky subscription package, anywhere in Europe. Weorder the card from Sky, activate it for the package of your choice and set upyour monthly subscription payments. Once you receive the card, all you have todo is telephone or email your Sky box details so that we can match the card to

your receiver.

Following activation, subscription payments are taken each month and go outdirectly to Sky at the same cost as a UK subscription. We can upgrade or

downgrade the subscription at any time, deal with billing queries and liaise withSky on your behalf. For these services there is an annual fee of £80.00 + VAT.

VAT is not applicable if you have an non-UK EU VAT number or if we export goodsto you outside the EU.

A Sky subscription can be tailored to suit your tastes. Select the mixes of channels you would like to receive from the lists below and check the monthlysubscription payments. Choose your payment method and then telephone or

email the relevant details through to us – you will normally receive your cardwithin three working days.

You must choose either the basic ‘Entertainment pack’ or the ‘EntertainmentExtra pack’. The Premium channels – Movies and/or Sports can be added to this

choice if you wish.

ESPN channels can be added for an additional £9.00 per month if you alreadysubscribe to Sky Sports (£12.00 per month if you do not subscribe to SkySports). Other stand-alone channels are available – contact us for the latestpricing.

For all payments set up on a UK or non-UK credit or debit card (as opposed to adirect debit on UK bank account) there is a surcharge of £0.50 per month.

A Sky Plus subscription is the same price as a standard subscription, and allows

you to access the recording features of a Sky Plus receiver, whatever yourpackage. Please contact us if you are interested in changing your package to SkyPlus, or would like to order a Sky Plus receiver. A standard package Sky card canbe upgraded to Sky Plus or Sky Plus HD at any time.

A Sky Plus High Definition (HD) subscription allows you to access the free HD

channels, and the Sky HD channels (consistent with your package) for an

additional payment of £10.25 a month. (This payment is optional – having the HDreceiver does not mean that you have to take the ‘HD mix’ at £10.25 extra permonth). It also allows you to use the recording features of a Sky Plus High

Definition digibox. For details on the latest High Definition receivers, pleasecontact us. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SKY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR NON-UK RESIDENTS

There is an annual charge of £80.00 + VAT for ordering, setting up, activating your card andmaintaining the subscription. This charge is separate from, and additional to, the

subscription payments that you will make directly to Sky via direct debit or credit card

instruction. Failure to pay our annual charge will result in the card being shut down.

There is no minimum subscription period but you must notify us at least one month prior to

cancelling.

 

Special offers: We cannot guarantee to provide any of Sky’s special offers. If it is in youradvantage to take up a special offer, we will try and secure it for you, but to avoid

disappointment we never promise.

Your first payment to Sky may be higher than expected because Sky will charge you for a

month in advance, plus the time that elapsed between card activation (ie when we sent you

the card) and the date of the first payment. Your first payment may therefore cover a

period of anywhere between one and two months. Subsequent payments will be at therates shown above.

To avoid loss of service, please make sure you inform us if your credit/debit card detailschange at any time, even if a new card is issued with the same card number but a new

expiry date and security code. If your Sky account is temporarily shut down due to paymentfailure, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Sky reserve the right to change the subscription rate at any point in thefuture, and these changes will be passed onto you without notice.
