3. After a player from A passes the ball he runs around B ,C and D to join the passing line again at E . The player from E also runs around F , G and H to join the passing line at A again.

Description of Drill:1. Put a player on a chair in front of the rugby

post at A . He holds a contact shield in both hands and when the hooker is ready to throw he lifts the contact shield above his head to simulate the jumper.

2. The hooker throws when the contact shield is lifted and he must hit the shield in the center. He must throw from distances of 7m (B), 9m (C) and 11m (D), for the different positions of the jumpers in the lineout.

Description of Drill:1. Put a player on a chair in front of the rugby
