1. In a suitable vessel, sprinkle Stabileze 06 into the water. Heat at 78-80ºC and mix for 45 minutes.2. Neutralize with Sodium Hydroxide and mix well until clear.3. Begin cooling. At 65ºC add the remaining ingredients in Phase A in order listed and mix well between each addition.4. When the batch is 50ºC add Plexagel ASC (Phase B); mix well until fully incorporated.5. At 40-42ºC add Phase C ingredients. Slowly mix after each addition.6. At 30ºC, slowly add Phase D ingredients in order listed; mix with moderate speed after each addition until fully
