We ask that parents only enter the East Exhibit Hall if they are a team rep or a parent in line for the vendors. Please do not create an awkward situation by forcing us to ask you to leave the actual exhibit hall. (Parents are encouraged to only attend specially marked sessions below)

Please do not bring any valuables into the East Exhibit Hall. We are not responsible for the loss of any property. We wish that it would never happen, but someone’s phone/bag/wallet/etc. typically comes up missing. It could very well be by mistake-nonetheless-it happens.

During Skills Camp we will be learning cheer skills, team-building activities, meeting new friends, working on communication skills, participating in nutrition, flexibility, anti-bullying and dance classes while having FUN!!! It will not be straight through work, work, work…we will have rest and activities built into the day.

Ragland will be inside the East Exhibit Hall 2 and in an easily accessible area. You must be in line to purchase merchandise If you are in the exhibit hall. Parents will not be allowed into the uniform fittings room. A staff member will ensure your athlete is fitted correctly. If you have an older athlete, please tell them if you need anything specific. FOOD Early dinner is provided the first day and lunch is provided the second day. If your athlete has any special allergies please send him/her with a packed meal. We will have parents in the audience that are completely new to the cheer industry, ones that have been with other programs before and ones that have chosen to move to ACE and we will have parents who were a part of a program that is now an ACE program. Come to learn, come to share, come to just have a good time. I’m an ACE Team Representative, What Do I Do Now? ACE Team Reps, this class is for you. We will present you with all the jobs, duties and responsibilities you will be faced with throughout the year. Even if you have been a Team Rep before, we can all learn something new. You quite possibly will have valuable information to share with the class. ACE 201 – ACE Customers, Your Opinion Matters So you have been a part of our program for at least 1 year or more and you have some ideas on how we can be better or you really want to know why we do what we do and how we do it. This class is for you. Inside the Tribe, What’s that? Our Brand Marketing Manager, Rob Goodwin, will discuss the Inside the Tribe Magazine and what our direction is for the publication. Parents of Mental Block Athletes In this session, we will share ideas and material that has been gathered on mental blocks to try and help you, the parent, understand why they happen and what you, the parent, should do about it. We will also share with each other what has worked for your athlete that had a block and is not “fixed”. If you have ever gone through a mental block with your athlete, you know it can be very frustrating because you KNOW they can do it but they just WON’T.
