Skill Set Assessment System

• Comprehensive assessment of various skill sets of the employees of the company.

• Depending on the score, the employee’s performance could be analyzed for their appraisal.

• Integrated with the LMS of the company.

Admin Mode

• Responsible for administration and management of database tables.

• Handles : Exam Type (Eg: Java Level 1) Exam Details (Eg: Java Level 1 scheduled on 8th August) Question (Exam Type, Question, Options, Solution,

Format, Section, Marks) Paper (Exam – Section – Format – No Of Questions) Applicants (Eg: Employee E004 for Exam ED003) Results (For employee, exam, detailed report)

Question Bank

• Format Multiple Choice Question – Single Answer Multiple Choice Question – Multiple Answer Match The Column Picture Question (Single Answer) Picture Question (Multiple Answer)

• Added, updated or deleted.• Bulk upload from an Excel Worksheet

Exam Type

• Examinations are conducted for particular exam types.

• Subject and the level of difficulty. (Eg: Java Level-1)• Maximum number of attempts.• Add, delete or update exam type.
