AgilityThe ability to change body
position and direction quickly and efficiently.
Examples of Agility A test to measure agility would be the SHUTTLE RUN TEST

Balance
The ability to maintain the body without falling over
Examples of Balance Skateboarding Surfing Bicycle Riding Balance Beam
A test to measure balance would be the STORK STAND TEST.
Coordination
The use of the nervous and the muscular systems to produce correct, graceful, and harmonious body movements.
Examples of Coordination Golf swing, tennis serve, shooting a
basketball, swinging a bat, doing a flip. These are skills that take practice to achieve at a high level.
The hands, eyes and/or feet work together to achieve a smooth fluid motion.
A test to measure coordination would be the WALL TOSS TEST
