The CutSkill Firestick II has been primarily designed for

the pre heating or post heating of steel plate or castings

using LP Gas. The flow of gas is controlled by an

adjusting valve that allows the burner to produce up

to 320 MJ (300,000 BTU’s) of heat output.

The CutSkill Firestick II has a multitude of uses and is

ideal for weed killing, removing paint, melting ice,

removing road markings, preheating asphalt and tar.

A tacking bar is provided on the gas barrel that allows

the Firestick II to be attached in exactly the right position

for maximum heat application onto the workpiece. A 90˚

elbow allows flexibility of the burner head so it can be

connected to the barrel in either a straight 180˚ or 90˚

angle that allows it to swivel through a full 360˚ directing

heat in the desired position. If required, the burner head

can even be removed from the gas barrel and used on a

manifold where several heads are mounted together for

a broader distribution of heat.

CutSkill provides a comprehensive range of type 41 & type

44 cutting nozzles for use with oxygen - acetylene and

oxygen - LP Gas or Natural gas respectively. These two

seat designed nozzles are for use with CutSkill, COMET 3,

Multi-purpose and Sabre cutting torches.

The type 41 nozzles are manufactured from copper that

provides effective heat resistance and the type 44 are of

two-piece construction incorporating a copper shroud.

CutSkill nozzles combine CIGWELD's proven quality and

CutSkill ‘H’ SeriesCutting Nozzles

CIGWELD has introduced an extensive range of CutSkill

'H' Series (flat seat) cutting nozzles to further enhance

CIGWELD's offering. These precision machined nozzles

are for use with flat seat cutting equipment. The

Oxy/Acetylene nozzles are of one-piece construction and

manufactured from solid copper. The Oxy/LP Gas or

Natural Gas nozzles are a two-piece design with a

chrome plated copper outer shroud. These CutSkill 'H'

series nozzles provide quality and performance at an

economical cost.

The CIGWELD Weldskill 120 Turbo is a compact,
