Handling performance management/performance appraisal. To maintain & monitor records of all expenditure related to the HR department on monthly basis

Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliances: Representing the management in strategic decision making and negotiation with union. Maintaining the productive Industrial relation and timely redress the grievance to maintain cordial

management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. Initiation of disciplinary actions in case of misconduct. Successfully handled and ended two ongoing labour strikes and lockout. Monitoring and ensuring statutory compliance, returns under various labour laws. Encouraging for formation of joints committees’ i.e safety, Health and Environment committee,

with Unions. Keep “Ear to Ground” and proactively address people issues. Take corrective and preventive actions to curb attrition in the plant.

Wage & Salary Administration: Fixation of salary of new employees on joining and post salary revision. Time office management and payroll administration. Perform internal due-diligence steps for all employee-related transactions such as Loan,

advance, bonus, gratuity, medical allowance, LTA, conveyance allowance, timely disbursement of salary & wages, Full & final settlement.

General Administration, Welfare & Safety: Monitoring & controlling all administration related activities of plant including housekeeping, plant

security, company’s transport, canteen, guest house, Medical Care Centre, Company Colony management etc.

To facilitate various insurance schemes like Medi- claim, group insurance etc. To monitor implementation of employee’s safety measures as well as safety of plant viz

periodical testing of all the equipment’s/machineries; periodical medical check-up of employees; awareness programme for health, safety & Environment (HSE); proper utilisation of safety devices like Helmet, Safety Goggles, Safety Belt, Dangri, mask, safety Shoe, Gloves etc. at work place.
