Sashing & triangles around the center: Select 16 matching print sets of 1 Layer Cake square and 1 Jelly Roll strip: From EACH matching set cut: Layer Cake: 1–2½"x 10" strip 4–3¾"x 3¾" squares Jelly Roll strip: 1–2½"x 10" strip 2–2½"x 14" strips From the remaining Jelly Roll strips: Select 6 strips for binding then cut 64–2½"x 2½" squares for block corners from remaining strips

Cutting

Accent print Cut 8–4½"x WOF strips Subcut 64–4½"x 4½" squares

3 Referring to the cover quilt, assemble 4 rows of 4 blocks. Press the rows in alternating directions. Sew the rows

together. Layer, quilt, bind and ENJOY your quilt!

Assembly

1 Draw a diagonal line on the back of 4–3¾"x 3¾" print squares. Layer these print squares and 1–10"x 10"square

right sides together. See diagram for placement. Sew each square on the diagonal line. Trim the squares ¼" from the sewn line then press to the corners to form triangles. Sew 2–2½"x 10" of the same print to the sides and 2–2½"x 14" of the same print to the top and bottom of the block.

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to make 16 blocks.
