Sixth Sunday in Easter
Preparation for Worship “Toccata in F, BWV 540” Bach
HIS NAME
Congregational Anthem
Hymn 16 “O Worship the King” arr. Berry
Greet One Another Aaron Hufty
Scripture Reading Psalm 33:12-22
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom He has
chosen for His own inheritance. The LORD looks from heaven; He sees
habitants of the earth, He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who
understands all their works. The king is not saved by a mighty army; a
tory; nor does it deliver anyone by its great strength. Behold, the eye
ingkindness, to deliver their soul from death and to keep them alive
in famine. Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.
For our heart rejoices in Him, because we trust in His holy name. Let
Your lovingkindness, O LORD, be upon us, according as we have hoped
in You.
Welcome and Prayer Joe Campbell, B/Gen. USAF (ret)
HIS WORD
Scripture Reading 1 Timothy 1:15-17 Aaron Hufty
It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus
came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all.
Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost, Jesus
Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those
mortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever.
Amen.
