via training by consultancies and a company-wide organization is

usually put in place for implementation and continuous practice There is a large body of literature: books as well as internet sites

that provide information at various levels

The goal of this short course is to provide an introduction to

Six Sigma:

- mainly for practicing chemical engineer and- a guide to use the most relevant tools for chemical

engineering applications
