Six Sigma Black Belt is a four day Training Program which is a combination of Lectures, Class exercises, Case Studies, Team exercise & Practical approach towards problem solving.
The first two days will cover concepts in defining, measuring, analyzing and last two days will cover concepts in improving & Controlling Methodology.
Six Sigma Black Belt Examination will be conducted after the Six Sigma BLACK Belt training is completed.
After the training & examination candidate will have to submit a project of having implemented Six Sigma.
