Additionally, Eric is an accomplished presenter, instructor and author regu larly contributing to industry conferences, events and publications. He specializes in strategic advisory ser vices, association, board and peer group facilitation, leadership develop-ment and executive coaching.

Dan Gonder, COO / OwnerDan specializes in strategic advisory services, organi-zational health and team development, employee engagement, team and executive training programs, process improvement and execu tive coaching. Addition ally, Audrey is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an ASQ Quality Auditor. Audrey is also a regular contributor to commercial laundry industry publications through articles, presentations and podcasts.

Casey Mackert, Director of Baldrige ServicesCasey has extensive experience in the application of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework, strategic advisory services, performance analysis and im provement, service excellence and commu-nication, and team building. Casey has consulted within multiple industries including those within healthcare, K-12 education and large corporations. Additionally, Casey has served in multiple roles at the National and State-level for the Baldrige Perfor-mance Excellence Program and is an accomplished facilitator, technical writer and author.
