INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE
• Honeywell’s Crisis Management Team (CMT) will authorize return to the workplace for every location and site when it's
safe to do so. CMT is the only group with authority to make decisions on when a site should be reopened full-time for its
workforce.
• Authorization by the CMT is based on several essential criteria:
• Return to workplace (RTW) may be done in multiple stages (rotational, full, etc.), depending on certain
legal, medical, and operational considerations.
• This Honeywell Site Return to Workplace Guidance incorporates responsibilities and requirements to
prepare all site types for the return of employees.
• Each site will implement guidance as is appropriate for the site size/type/configuration.
• Non-ISC employees who are currently working from home will be provided with at least 72 hours’ notice
prior to their return to work … this is the company’s commitment.
• Each site must have a plan that ensures they are ready to reopen within a designated timeframe of at least
72 hours.

LEADERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership:
• Site Incident Management Team (IMT), led by the Site Leader, must be activated and is the required
forum for RTW coordination.
• If possible, IMTs should include site leadership, HSE, HR, Facilities, BCM, Security, Communications, IT, Legal, and
operational leadership for critical functions and SBG representatives.
• If certain functions are not present at your site (such as BCM, Communications, Legal, Security, IT, etc.), ensure engagement with
Regional-level or SBG representation, as necessary.
• All Site RTW activities should be a coordinated IMT effort with all functional representation.
• Site IMT should meet regularly and act as focal point for RTW activities and site-specific decisions.
• Review existing COVID-19 Site Guidance Documentation in order to ensure comprehensive IMT preparedness.
• Organize scenario discussions to prepare for issues that may arise, or adjustments needed as employees return.
• Site Leader:
• Responsible for overall coordination of site RTW activities and IMT facilitation.
• Partner with HR regarding rotational staffing and seating capacity to permit required social distancing.

ROTATIONAL STAFFING
7
In certain instances, as directed by the CMT, return to workplace may be done utilizing a rotational
WFH staffing approach.
HR is revising the Rotational Staffing Plan for Non-ISC sites (and office staff @ ISC sites) to be
utilized where appropriate.
• Originally designed based on functions / utilized for furloughs
• Update:
• Must now be site-based (rather than function).
• Ensure a plan is in place to address the staffing levels needed to meet social distancing requirements.
Close partnership required with Site Leader and Site IMT:
• Knowledge of site capacity and configuration.
• Assistance with evaluating and adjusting seating, as necessary.
COVID-19 Tracker & Dashboard
Site RTW status and governmental conditions will be tracked in the COVID-19 Tracker Tool; maintained by HR.
• WFH/RTW Status: Full WFH, Non-ISC WFH, Rotational WFH, Non-ISC Rotational WFH, or Full RTW.
• Governmental Conditions: Government Required (WFH), Government Recommended (WFH), or No Government
requirement or recommendation. Honeywell Internal. Subject at all times to changing conditions, government orders or
