Resource Planning• Use of software eg Primavera / MS Project to identify

key process and critical elements• Effective site management especially storage problem• Manpower planning and labour efficiency• Identify process that can be improved and tap on to

CPCF grant eg: MechC Scheme, PIP Scheme
