Bal Gandharva Ranga Mandir is a theatre
auditorium and exhibition hall located in
Pune, India. The theatre was built in 1962 and
is named after Marathi singer and stage actor
Bal Gandharva. Bal Gandharva Ranga Mandir
is a theatre with an auditorium and an
exhibition hall.
Seating Capacity: 989 persons The auditorium has air-conditioning
system installed.
Canteen and Cafeteria facility is available.
The Art Gallery is available for exhibition of handicrafts, paintings and works of upcoming artists.
V.I.P. Rooms are available for special guests.
This garden is inspired by one of the three
greatest gardens of Japan called Okayama’s
Koraku-en Garden which was built in 1,700
and is 300-years-old.
The garden is also known as Pu La Deshpande
and is been named after a very well known
Marathi writer.

The garden is spread across 10 acres and has a
natural water flow from the canal. The canal
also has colourful fishes that can be seen as
you stroll across the small bridge in the centre
of the garden.
One of the most unique features of this
garden is its impeccable beauty. As you take a
walk through the garden paths, you’ll realise
that the landscape keeps changing and keep
mesmerizing you further.
The 60-acre campus of FLAME University is in
Pune, Maharastra. The campus has been
designed by Vastu Shilpa Consultants, an
architectural practice founded by 2018

SITE 3 : FLAMES UNIVERSITY , PUNE
FLAME University is a private university, with
31 institutional and administrative buildings,
including a sports complex, amphitheater. The
campus is vibrant with four cafes and three
water bodies. It is spread on 53 acres of green
expanse.
