Il sistema EASY-LOCK permette di realizzare, in maniera facile e veloce, delle condotte in PEAD e PVC per il trasporto e la distribuzione di acqua potabile e fl uidi in pressione con il semplice inserimento di un lato del tubo nel raccordo EASY-LOCK.

Composizione del raccordo EASY-LOCK:

• Giunto in PE100/PE100-RC, stampato ad iniezione.• Guarnizione a labbro in gomma EPDM per la tenuta idraulica (tipo A o tipo B).• Anello anti-sfi lamento in resina acetalica per la giunzione meccanica.

Grazie al sistema di innesto a bicchiere, per la realizzazione delle condotte, si eviteranno tutte le operazioni di saldatura in cantiere.

--------------------------------------------The EASY-LOCK system allows to realize, in an easy and fast way, HDPE and PVC pipelines for the transport and distribution of drinking water and fl uids under pressure, just to pushing inside the pipe into the EASY-LOCK fi tting.

Composition of EASY-LOCK fi tting:

• PE100/PE100-RC injection moulded fi tting.• EPDM gasket for hydraulic sealing (type A or type B).• Acetalic lock ring, for mechanical jointing.

In the realization of pipelines, the socket joint system avoid any welding operations on site.--------------------------------------------

Le système EASY-LOCK permet de réaliser, facilement et rapidement, des canalisations en PEHD et PVC pour le transport et la distribution de l’eau potable et fl uides sous pression avec la simple insertion d’un côté du tube dans le raccord EASY-LOCK.

Composition de raccord EASY-LOCK:

• Raccord en PE100/PE100-RC, moulé par injection.• Joint d’étanchéité en EPDM, pour la jonction hydraulique (type A ou type B).• Bague de verrouillage en rèsine acétal, pour la jonction mècanique.

Pour la réalisation des canalisations, le système par emboîtement, évitera les opérations de souda-ge sur chantier.

“ FORSHEDA ANGER-LOCK ” - TYPE A

La guarnizione FORSHEDA ANGER-LOCK ha un design unico in cui l’elemento di tenuta in gomma e la plastica di rinforzo sono legati insieme per formare un unico pezzo. Il design a labbro riduce la forza di montaggio richiesta, favorendo l’allineamento e la giunzione. La giunzione tra tubi PEAD o PVC e raccordi EASY-LOCK, avviene facilmente e velocemente, riducendo tempi e costi. La guarnzione inserita all’interno del raccordo EASY-LOCK, grazie al suo design unico, elimina il possibile rischio di spostamento, durante la giunzione.

--------------------------------------------The FORSHEDA ANGER-LOCK gasket, has a unique design in which the rubber sealing element and the reinforcing plastic are bonded together to make a one-piece seal. The unique lip design reduces the assembly force required, aiding alignment and jointing. HDPE or PVC pipes and EASY-LOCK fi ttings can be jointed easily and quickly, reducing time and cost. The gasket is positioned in the EASY-LOCK fi tting, that thanks to the unique design eliminates potential ring displacement during the jointing.

La guarnizione ANGER ha un design a labbro che riduce la forza di montaggio richiesta, favorendo l’allineamento e la giunzione. La giunzione tra tubi PEAD o PVC e raccordi EASY-LOCK, avviene facil-mente e velocemente, riducendo tempi e costi.

Grazie all’anello anti-sfi lamento, il sistema EASY-LOCK, permette di evitare la posa del blocchetto di cemento di ancoraggio (per evitare la spinta dovuta alla pressione idraulica interna), sui raccordi della condotta (curve, tee, riduzioni, ecc...), con un conseguente risparmio di tempo.

--------------------------------------------Thanks to the lock ring, the EASY-LOCK system, allows to avoid the anchors or thrust blocks (to pre-vent the thrust due to internal hydraulic pressure), on fi ttings of pipeline (bends, tees, reducers, etc...), with consequent saving of time.

--------------------------------------------Grâce au bague de verrouillage, le système EASY-LOCK, permet d’éviter la pose de butée béton (pour empêcher la poussée due à la pression hydraulique interne), sur les raccords de la canalisations (cou-rbes, tés, reductions, etc...), ce qui entraîne un gain de temps important sur chantier.

Il principale vantaggio del sistema EASY-LOCK è di offrire una gamma completa di tubi e raccordi pronti per l’installazione.Posa semplifi cata dei tubi e dei raccordi, senza la necessità di operatori in possesso del patentino di saldatura, con la semplice operazione di innesto del tubo/raccordo nel bicchiere EASY-LOCK.Velocità di posa più elevata grazie all’eliminazione di tutte le attrezzature (generatori, saldatrici) e alle operazioni di saldatura.Le operazioni di giunzione possono essere eseguite al di fuori dello scavo riducendo l’area di scavo.Possibilità di eliminare totalmente l’area di scavo anche per le condotte da posare fuori terra grazie al sistema anti-sfi lamento.Possibilità di posare tubi e raccordi in qualsiasi condizione climatica per l’assenza di opera-zioni di saldatura.Possibilità di posare tubi e raccordi anche in presenza di terreni accidentali: montagne, pen-dii, rocce etc...

TEST-CERTIFICAZIONI / TEST-CERTIFICATIONS---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PE100

PROVA IDRAULICALa giunzione del sistema EASY-LOCK è stata testata con successo su tubazione in PE100 attraver-so la prova della pressione idrostatica interna in accordo alla norma DVGW GW 335-B3-B1. Il risultato del test è stato positivo. Dopo 112 ore alla pressione idrostatica interna di σ = 12,4 MPa, la giunzione tra il raccordo EASY-LOCK e la tubazione in PE100, non ha subito alcuna perdita. Succes-sivamente, si è proceduto all’innalzamento della pressione idrostatica interna, fi no al raggiungimento della pressione di scoppio. La giunzione del sistema EASY-LOCK è stata provata fi no alla pressione idstrostatica interna di 54 Bar. Come mostra la foto, raggiunta la pressione di 54 Bar, è avvenuta la rottura del tubo, ma non della giunzione. Pertanto, il sistema EASY-LOCK garantisce l’utilizzo alla pressione nominale predefi nita.

-------------------------------------------- HYDRAULIC TEST

The jointing of EASY-LOCK system has been successfully tested on PE100 pipe through the inter-nal hydrostatic pressure test, in accordace to DVGW GW 335-B3-B1. The test result was positive. After 112 hours at internal hydrostatic pressure of σ = 12,4 MPa, the jointing between EASY-LOCK fi tting and the PE100 pipe, has no loss. After we proceeded to the raising of internal hydrostatic pres-sure, until reaching the burst pressure. The jointing of EASY-LOCK system has been tested up to the internal hydrostatic pressure of 54 Bar. As shown in the picture, once the pressure reach 54 bar, the pipe broken, but not the jointing. Therefore, EASY-LOCK system, guarantees the use at the nominal default pressure.

--------------------------------------------ESSAI HYDRAULIQUE

La jonction du système EASY-LOCK a été testé avec succès sur le tuyau en PE100 suivant l’essai de pression hydrostatique interne, en conformité au norme DVGW GW 335-B3-B1. Le résultat de l’essai a été positif. Après 112 heures à la pression hydrostatique interne de σ = 12,4 MPa, la jonction entre le raccord EASY-LOCK et le tuyau en PE100, il n’a subi aucune fuite. Après nous avons procédé a l’augmentation de la pression hydrostatique interne, jusqu’a la pression de rupture. La jonction du système EASY-LOCK a été testé à la pression hydrostatique interne de 54 bar. Comme montre la pho-to, atteinte la pression de 54 bar le tuyau cassé, mais pas la jonction. Donc, le système EASY-LOCK, est garanti pour l’utilisation à la pression par défaut nominal.




PVC / PVC-O

PROVA IDRAULICALa giunzione del sistema EASY-LOCK è stata testata con successo anche su tubazione in PVC / PVC biorientato attraverso la prova della pressione idrostatica interna.Il test è stato eseguito per 1 ora alla pressione idrostatica interna di 16 Bar.Il risultato del test è stato positivo. La giunzione tra il raccordo EASY-LOCK e la tubazione in PVC / PVC biorientato, non ha subito alcuna perdita.

-------------------------------------------- HYDRAULIC TEST

The jointing of EASY-LOCK system has been successfully tested also on PVC / PVC bi-oriented pipe through the internal hydrostatic pressure test.The test was performed for 1 hour at the internal hydrostatic pressure of 16 Bar.The test result was positive. The jointing between EASY-LOCK fi tting and the PVC / PVC bi-oriented pipe, has no loss.

--------------------------------------------ESSAI HYDRAULIQUE

La jonction du système EASY-LOCK a été testé avec succès aussi sur le tuyau en PVC / PVC bi-orienté suivant l’essai de pression hydrostatique interne.L’essai a été effectué pendant 1 heure à la pression hydraulique interne de 16 Bar.Le résultat de l’essai a été positif. La jonction entre le raccord EASY-LOCK et le tuyau en PVC, il n’a subi aucune fuite.




PE100

PROVA MECCANICA A TRAZIONELa giunzione del sistema EASY-LOCK, è stata testata con successo su tubazione in PE100, attra-verso la prova meccanica a trazione.Il test è stato eseguito con una forza costante di 3 tonnellate (equivalente a 2941,995 daN).Il risultato del test è stato positivo. La giunzione tra il raccordo EASY-LOCK e la tubazione in PE100, non ha subito alcuna variazione.Da precisare che il test è stato eseguito senza alcuna pressione interna.La resistenza della giunzione del raccordo EASY-LOCK, aumenta con la condotta in pressione.

-------------------------------------------- TENSILE LOAD TEST

The jointing of EASY-LOCK system has been successfully tested on PE100 pipe through the tensile load test.The test was performed with a constant force of 3 tons (equivalent to 2941,995 daN).The test result was positive. The jointing between EASY-LOCK fi tting and the PE100 pipe, has not changed.The test was performed without any internal pressure.While the pipeline is under pressure, the resistance of the jointing of the EASY-LOCK fi tting increases.

--------------------------------------------ESSAI MECANIQUE A TRACTION

La jonction du système EASY-LOCK a été testé avec succès sur le tuyau en PE100, suivant l’essai mecanique a traction. L’essai a été effectué pendant avec une force costante de 3 tonnes (équivalent à 2941,995 daN).Le résultat de l’essai a été positif. La jonction entre le raccord EASY-LOCK et le tuyau en PVC, il n’a subi aucune modifi cation.Le test a été effectué sans aucune pression interne.La résistance de la jonction du raccord EASY-LOCK, augmente avec la canalisation en pression.



3) INSERIMENTO / INSERTION / EMBOÎTEMENT La terza fase consiste nell’inserimento del tubo smussato all’interno del raccordo EASY-LOCK, assicurandosi che la profondità di inserimento venga rispettata. -------------------------------------------- The third phase consists in the insertion of the chamfered pipe inside the EASY-LOCK fi tting, making sure that the insertion depth is respected. -------------------------------------------- La troisième phase consiste en l’emboîtement du tube chainfreiné dans le raccord EASY-LOCK, jusqu’au trait indiquant la profondeur d’emboîtement.

1) LUBRIFICAZIONE / LUBRIFICATION

La prima fase, consiste nella lubrifi cazione della guarnizione in EPDM. -------------------------------------------- The fi rst phase consists in the lubrication of the EPDM gasket. -------------------------------------------- La première phase consiste en la lubrifi cation du joint d’étanchéité en EPDM.
