Eurotis leader nel sistema a cartellare per impianti idroter-mosanitari, offre soluzioni ideali per ogni esigenza impian-tistica, dai raccordi dal DN10 al DN25, alla nuova linea bre-vettata di prodotti “XL”.

Da oggi, è infatti possibile realizzare cartellature anche dei diametri DN32 (1” 1/2), DN40 (2”) e DN50 (2” 1/2), permet-tendo così di realizzare un intero impianto con tubazioni CSST e connessioni a flangiare/cartellare.

XL flanging system

Eurotis, a leader in flanging systems for plumbing and hea-ting systems, offers ideal solutions for all system needs, from DN10 to DN25 fittings and gaskets to the new patented line of “XL” products.

As of today, in fact, it is possible to develop flanging for dia-meters of DN32 (1” 1/2), DN40 (2”) and DN50 (2” 1/2), thus allowing an entire system to be developed with PLT-CSST tu-bing and flange connections.

Mechanical and hydraulic sealThe mechanical tube/fitting seal is ensured by the high resistance of the flange, due to the 0.35mm tube minimum thickness and to the compression of the last two corrugations.The hydraulic seal is guaranteed by different types of flat gaskets: Klingersil and EPDM for water and NBR for gas. Moreover, the system nuts are built with a special seat, which enhances their hold.

Tenuta meccanica ed idraulica garantitaLa tenuta meccanica tubo/raccordo è garantita dall’alta resistenza della flangia, dovuta allo spessore minimo di 0,35 mm della tubazione e dalla compressione delle ultime due corrugazioni. La tenuta idraulica è invece assicurata da diversi tipi di guarnizioni piane: Klingersil e EPDM per acqua e NBR per gas. Inoltre, i dadi del sistema sono costruiti con una speciale sede che ne ottimizza la tenuta.

2 Sistema a cartellare XL - XL flanging system

Formabile anche nei grandi diametriCon il tubo formabile di Eurotis, è possibile eseguire curve senza utilizzo di raccordi a 90° e di attrezzature curva-tubi, anche su grossi diametri quali DN32 (1” 1/2), DN40 (2”) e DN50 (2” 1/2).

Con i nuovi adattatori brevettati Eurotis è possibile ridur-re il diametro dei raccordi, risparmiando tempi e costi di installazione. Gli adattatori sono disponibili nei diametri DN32, DN40 e DN50 e sono applicabili a qualsiasi tipo di raccordo a cartellare XL di Eurotis.

With the new Eurotis patented adapters, it is possible to reduce the diameter of fittings, saving time and installation costs. The adapters are available in all diameters DN32, DN40 e DN50 and can be applied to any type of Eurotis XL flange fitting.

The new XL system puts beside the already known and consolidated flanging system for PLT-CSST tubes from DN10 to DN25. On the website www.eurotis.it it is possible to view the complete range of Eurotis fittings, available in many types to offer the best intervention solution.

Flangiature perfette anche per grandi diametriPer effettuare la flangiatura dei tubi CSST, Eurotis mette a disposizione dell’installatore XL AdaptorPRESS.Brevettato Eurotis, è il primo ed unico strumento di flangia-tura semi-automatica per grandi diametri compatibile con le principali macchine pressatrici standard (non mini).

Semi-automatic flanging tool for large diametersTo flange the PLT-CSST tubes, Eurotis provides the installer with XL AdaptorPRESS. Eurotis patented, it is the first and only semi-automatic flanging tool for large diameters compatible with main standard press machines (non-mini).

To perform the flanging of CSST small diameters tubes, Eurotis provides the installer with 3 pieces of equipment:

• manual (DN10 to DN25)• automatic (DN10 to DN25)• semi-automatic AdapterPRESS (DN10 to DN25).

Le tubazioni corrugate formabili in acciaio inox CSST di Eurotis sono in grado di assorbire oscillazioni o vibrazioni ga-rantendo la tenuta. Rappresentano una valida soluzione per progettisti ed installatori che, oggi più che mai, devono progettare e realizzare impianti a norma antisismica. Eurotis propone anche una serie di giunti in acciaio corrugato formabile AISI 304 e AISI 316L studiati per compensare eventuali movimenti strutturali negli impianti acqua e gas; disponibili dal DN15 al DN50 con sistema a cartellare, pronti all’installazione o personalizzabili a seconda delle diverse esigenze impiantistiche.

Eurotis PLT-CSST stainless steel pliable corrugated tubes are able to absorb oscillations or vibrations ensuring sea-ling. They represent a valid solution for designers and installers who, today more than ever, must design and build systems in accordance with seismic regulations. Eurotis offers a series of pliable corrugated steel joints AISI 304 and AISI 316L designed to compensate for any structural movements in water and gas systems; available from DN15 to DN50, ready for installation or custom made according to different plant requirements.

I test effettuati dal laboratorio specializzato ISMES / DI-VEN LAP di CESI S.p.A hanno dimostrato l’affidabilità dei sistemi Eurotis anche in situazioni estreme quali un sisma. Le prove sono state effettuate tenendo anche conto dei requisiti degli Euro-codici europei (in particolare l’Eu-ro-codice 8 relativo alla resistenza ai terremoti) e delle norme “NTC 2008” elaborate dal Consiglio Superiore dei Lavori Pubblici, approvate con Decreto 14/01/2008 del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e pubblicate sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale num. 29 del 04/02/2008.

Tests carried out by the specialised laboratory ISMES/BECO-ME A LAP of CESI SpA have demonstrated the reliability of Eurotis systems even in extreme situations such as an earth-quake. The tests were also carried out taking into account the requirements of the European Euro-codes (in particular Euro-code 8 on earthquake resistance) and the “NTC 2008” standards drawn up by the Higher Council of Public Works, approved by Decree 14/01/2008 of the Ministry of Infra-structure and published in the Official Gazette no. 29 of 04/02/2008.
