V.I.C.T.O.R.S. programopensThe Varsity Interest Clubs Toward Outstanding Recreation
and Sports (V.I.C.T.O.R.S.) held its series of launching for

MALACA (Mental ability, Academic achievement, Leadership,
Athletics, Creativity, Arts) is SISC’s concept of student
giftedness. Founded in 1990 as a school for the gifted, SISC
has made a commitment to develop learners whose
knowledge levels surpass that of their peers in other
academic institutions.
To support this initiative, the Vision And Tasks (V.A.T.) Circles
were formed to address the Mental Ability and Academic
Achievement areas of MALACA. Students with high mental
ability scores or high achievement scores are grouped
according to levels in the V.A.T. Circles, and are given special
enrichment lessons in critical thinking/analysis, productivity,
diligence, multiple intelligence, collaboration, and emotional
intelligence.
By taking on challenging tasks and activities, V.A.T.
members get to enhance their higher-order thinking skills,
leadership ability, productivity and self-directedness, intra/
interpersonal sensitivity and creativity.
