New for 2016, SiriusLabs are a set of track sessions designed for organizations seeking advice on how to better utilize some of SiriusDecisions iconic models.

• Led by a combination of our analysts and members of our consulting team, SiriusLabs provide guidance on model implementation, feature live walkthroughs, and use demonstrations of SiriusTools™ in a workshop-type of environment.

Focus: OperationalizeIntroduced at Summit 2015, the Digital Type Model helps determine the ideal role of digital in an organization, based on an assessment of key indicators including the characteristics of the company’s products and services and its sales model.

The session will feature a demonstration the Digital Type Tool. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to resource and prioritize digital marketing and selling efforts.

PresentersChris Parr, Consulting Director:Chris is an experienced international marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development and marketing management, spanning all areas of the product and marketing workflow. Throughout his career, Chris has focused his energy on connecting marketing directly to growth for several large enterprises with a recent focus on implementing digital marketing strategy.

David Snider, Consulting Director: David is a growth-oriented marketing professional with 25 years of experience in marketing management, product development, operations and finance. Throughout his career, he has been involved with businesses exhibiting rapid revenue growth and has focused his efforts on business strategy, market segmentation and demand generation. He has won several awards and recognitions including the 2009 Turn Around Marketer of the Year from the Rochester Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
