Sir Ellis Kadoorie (S) Primary School Alumni Association Annual General Meeting 2012-2013 and Final Call for Invitation as Candidates in the Election for New Executive Committee Members (2013-2015) Dear Fellow Alumni, Please be informed that this year the Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 th June, 2013 (Friday) at 7-9 p.m. in the school hall. On behalf of the Alumni Association of the School, I would like to invite all members to attend this major event. One of the main objectives of the AGM is to form the new Executive Committee for the next term. The Executive Committee shall consist of not less than 5 members. The term of office of the Executive members shall be 2 years. So now, we need to elect 5 ex-students (21 years old or above) to join the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee holds around two regular meetings each year to organize activities in collaboration with the school. The Chairman and the vice-Chairman also attend the School Management Committee meetings three times a year to participate in discussions about school affairs, budgeting, evaluations of school activities and annual reports. We need enthusiastic and helpful alumni to join the Committee so that we can further improve our work and serve our alma mater. Please do not hesitate and stand for the election. For members who would like to stand for the election, please download the registration form and submit it by fax (2882 4520) or by post on or before 17 th May, 2013.
