    During the Summer vacation, between the frst and second year, all ull timestudents are required to undertake a project in an organisation The projectinvestigates some signifcant aspect or problem o business or personneladministration The summer project gives students an opportunity toobserve a business organisation in operation and to sharpen theirknowledge and skills by putting them to use !esides providing anopportunity to deepen their understanding o managerial problems, thesummer project also gives students practical e"perience that will help themto plan their careers ater completion o the programme

     The Summer %nternship 'roject 1S%'2 is a 3 credit course 1equivalent to twocourses o 4 credits each2 and the S%' is evaluated based on successulcompletion o the students internship and submission o the requireddocuments

    develop sound understanding o the company profle as well as theproject allotted to them by the company They are required to stick toaction plan in close supervision o the aculty mentor and industrymentors

    •5o student will be allowed to leave the company in midst o summerinternship and switch to other company This would lead to seriousdisciplinary action including cancellation o summer internship andaward o 6 grade in S%'

    • During the period o internship an intern would not be allowed morethan 4 days leave on valid reasons 7eave in any case o need to befrst sought rom the company mentor and aterwards rom acultymentor, ailing which the student would be considered out o summerinternship and award o 6 grade in S%' Student will obtain and submitan attendance certifcate rom the company ater completion o 

    summer internship on anne"ure 8

    • 'ayment o stipend and reimbursement o e"penses is solely atdiscretion o the company

    •  The students are required to be punctual and abide by the code o conduct o their respective intern organisation including dress code i any

    • +ny student ound in situation o misbehaviour, indulgence in wrongact, disclosure or misuse o data, documents, resources 1letter head,

    telephone and stationeries2 and sharing o fnances and confdentialinormation o intern company to any outside sources shall bedeclared out o summer internship and appropriate action as deemedft will be taken against the student concerned Student will obtain andsubmit a no dues certifcate rom the company ater completion o summer internship as per anne"ure 6

    •  The students are required to send 9eekly report to their respectivementors with a copy to dheerajmisra:jaipuriaacin;singhshalini:jaipuriaacin; richadwivedi:jaipuriaacin;

    •  The students, who are willing to take=?@ Submission aterwards will not beentertained %n case any problem occurred o any nature or suchstudents, then they will be responsible on their own 'lacement cellwill not assist in any way to solve the problem, i any %n all casestudent has to adhere all rule and regulation o S%'

    • +ll students are advised to establish good rapport with the supervisorand request him A her to be %ndustry mentor during the second year This will defnitely help in students to prepare them or acingcorporate world

    • %t is mandatory or all the students to be present on thepresentationAorientation day +bsentees on presentation will not beentertained unless prior approval rom the placement cell

    • 'lacement cell will regularly monitor S%' o each student %n thisprocess random visit A call will be undertaken )etting negativeeedbackAstudent, ound absent without approval on that day mayresult in a disciplinary action rom the institute The institute will notbe responsible or any casualty during the S%'

    • Students will have to make their own arrangements or travelling,boarding C lodging and any other arrangements or S%'
