Integral Reliability®

R2M International, offers a multidisciplinary approach, called IntegralReliability®, designed to optimize asset life cycle value, based upon highresolution stochastic methodologies and developments. It generatestailored made strategies suited with technically feasible, economicallyprofitable and budget wise affordable actions.

Our approach help companies to:

• Recognize technical and operational uncertainties that can affect the feasible production scenarios.

• Model and propagate said uncertainties into production forecasts and financial models to identify and quantify critical risks that may impact business performance.

• Define concrete actions to mitigate critical risks and integrate strategies for optimal business management.

It aims to ensure business robustness, emphasizing the reduction of productionlosses, optimizing the reliability of the processes and maximizing workers, facilities and environmental integrity.

O&G Integral Reliability®

Our approach for O&G is designed to link the uncertainties associated to exploration; perforation, exploitation and management of reservoirs(Subsurface); with reliability, availability maintainability and process (RAMP) issues of wells and production facilities (Surface). All this effects are then transferred to the Economic and Decision Models to quantify and rank the risks associated to said uncertainties; inorder to select proper contingency and/or mitigation action to integrate optimal strategies to drive business.

Integral Reliability®

Why it is successful ?

• IR® gives emphasis to “diagnostic” to solve customer real criticalpains; by using stochastic high resolution techniques, allowing ourcostumers to focus effort and resources to be effective in reaching theirimprovement goals.

• It recognizes “uncertainty” as a real part of business data andinformation. To improve the decision framework IR® considers:

• Data mining and advanced statistical inference to “built”representative information based upon a few pieces of real data, alittle more of analog information and much more of “expertopinion”. IR® is about building certainty.

• Advanced Risk Based Decision Models to achieve the desiredresults with tailored made mitigation plans.

• It is “proactive”, which implies to predict the future. IR® incorporatesadvanced stochastic simulation techniques to explore the feasiblefuture scenarios in order to design optimal strategies to enhancebusiness performance.

• It considers subsurface uncertainties, production facilities RAMP issuesand human factors as a critical component.

• It understands that a solution must be technically feasible, economically profitable and budget wise affordable.

• It is “a business focused approach” that gives scientist support toexperience and intuition with forecasting techniques and multi-criteriaoptimization tools.
