Objective and scopeObjective and scope
The objective is to develop a commercial demonstration of the
production of energy in Spain utilizing biomass from selected
energy crops, in order to determine the viability of this alternative,
including an associated technology development program to
Increase the viability of energy crops chains.
The project program includes:
• Demonstration and technoeconomic and environmental
evaluation of energy crops chains in Spain.
• Energy crops production and energy technology development.
• Exploitation and dissemination of results programm.
PSE-cultivos: especific featuresPSE-cultivos: especific features The PSE-cultivos project activities are a result of the farmers,
industrials and investors interest.
The whole energy crops chains are considered for evaluation.
and the evaluation is made with homogeneous methods.
Combines commercial demonstration activities, with RTD
especific activities, some of which results will be demonstrated
during the project.
It can become a technological platform to coordinate and
asses the energy crops development and implementation in
Spain.
