Anna Fourie, University Staffing Consultant, Microsoft Asia Pacific

Anna Fourie is a HR Consultant who recently relocated to Singapore, and currently serves as the university staffing consultant for Microsoft. Prior to this, she was the lead placement consultant for DBM, and was involved in the provision of outplacement and career management support to both organizations and individuals going through transitory phases. In addition to that, Anna has also held positions of Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Director, and Resourcing Manager for Beilby Corporation, WM Associates and Barclays Bank respectively.

Stanimira Koleva, General Manager SMS&P, Microsoft Asia Pacific

Stanimira Koleva is an experienced IT sales management professional with a strong flair for technology and close to 20 years career of achievements and success in various sales, marketing, general management and business development positions. She was the sales director of Prosoft from 1991 to 1995. Following that, she served as the marketing manager, channel sales director, Vice President and GM (Asia Pacific), and eventually the Vice President of Enterprise sales in Europe for 3Com. Finally, she also served at Cisco for 5 years in various positions, including Vice President of Partner Business Group.

Beth Watson, Senior Sales Manager, Microsoft Asia Pacific

Beth Watson is a Global Business Development Manager with extensive experience in defining and delivering strategic organisational goals whilst building strong and mutually beneficial partnerships both internally and externally within the education sector. Before working at Microsoft, she was the Customer Account Manager of Design Reality, the sales manager of Root Solutions Ltd, and the Business Development Manager of Netsupport Limited.

Sean Kong, CEO, Halogen Foundation Singapore

Since 2005, he has been a volunteer with Halogen and joined the team in December 2011 as Head of Lab, overseeing curriculum design and development, as well as research in the latest youth trends and tools for youth development measurement. In 2013, he took over the baton from Martin Tan to head up Halogen. Prior to Halogen, he has 4 years of experience in the youth training industry, spanning across indoor workshops, outdoor experiential learning camps and overseas service learning trips. He has spoken and trained on topics of youth leadership, personal effectiveness, study skills and also sexuality education using both indoor and outdoor platforms. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics (with a minor in Nanoscience) from the National University of Singapore.

Hemant Aneja, APAC Head of Strategy Global Accounts, Google

He obtained his MBA at INSEAD and has since cultivated ten years of experience in Strategy, Private Equity and Investment Banking in the Telecom Media Technology (TMT) sector across Asia, Europe and Americas. He has worked in numerous companies Samsung, Merrill Lynch and Citibank. He currently works at Google, handling it's strategy for it's global sales accounts and relationships for APAC. He is also an avid sportsperson, and a proud London 2012 Olympics Gamesmaker (volunteer).

Bhavana Murjani, Senior Executive Research & Publications at Singapore Compact for CSR

With an academia background from RMIT, Australia and six years of broad professional experience in the area of marketing communication, she identifies strongly as a Business & Marketing Specialist with strong skills in events management and collateral development and communication. She is passionate about harvesting upon opportunities in order to maximize creativity and Intelligence.

Christie Lee, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, City Developments Limited

Christie joined City Developments Limited (CDL) in 2012. Her main responsibilities include ensuring CDL achieves its CSR objectives and maintains its leadership position in this area. Globally, CDL is the first Singapore company to be listed on three of the world’s sustainability benchmarks – Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World since 2010 and the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes since 2011. In 2013, CDL was also named a Regional Sector Leader for Asia in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Report 2013. Prior to joining CDL, Christie held CSR positions in Financial Institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.

Tay Kok Chin, Founding Chairman, Corporate Giving Council

Tay Kok Chin is the founding Chairman of the Corporate Giving Council, a movement by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre to encourage corporates and industry bodies to give back to society. He works for Skoolbo, an educational games company, provides consulting services to a start-up, and is an adjunct lecturer on social entrepreneurship at Temasek Polytechnic. Prior to that, he was with IBM for 5 years, responsible for their Global Alliances and Corporate Citizenship initiatives. On a volunteer basis, he was a panel member of the MSF Comcare Enterprise Fund, and had held Director positions with non-profit organizations.

Aaron Fu, Product Manager; Group Digital Banking, Standard Chartered Bank

Aaron Fu was an RMIT student. After his studies, he did several internship s around the world: Australia, Singapore, and Czech Republic. He also became Segment Manager of Société Générale in Prague, Czech. In a year, Aaron developed new segment with projected additional NPV of £1.5m. After that he continued his higher studies. Starting with a summer semester at London School of Economics, followed by a Masters in The University of Edinburgh, Scotland at International Business in Emerging Markets. Aaron started at Standard Chartered as Management Associate (IGP) since 2010. Since then, he has took on various roles from project manager of Distribution Operations group, and now, he is the Product Manager of Digital Bank group.

Oswald Yeo, Co-founder, Glints Intern

An innovative, entrepreneurial and young individual, Oswald is the Founder of glints, a human-resource company specifically designed for start-ups. Having a passion for speaking and sharing, Oswald has delivered public talks and courses on business and entrepreneurship at junior colleges and public events. He was previously a host for the Youth Olympic Games Singapore 2010, Singapore Youth Festival as well as the televised opening ceremony of the ASEAN School Games. He loves innovation and unconventional thought, living by the mantra that great ideas often feel like uncommon sense in their infancy. When he is not at his entrepreneurial pursuits, you can spot him traveling, stretching in a hot yoga class or training for his next triathlon.

Seah Ying Cong, Co-founder; Business Development Specialist, Glints Intern

Committed to learning about marketing and business development, Ying Cong taught himself direct-response marketing and copywriting. He has spearheaded marketing efforts in nearly half a dozen start-ups, and is a strong believer of split-testing and batch results tracking. Ying Cong also has a deep interest in private equity and real estate investment, a passion he is further pursuing in Wharton Business School as a scholar of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation.

Marielle Reussink, University Relations Director, Universum

As someone who appreciates diversity and seeks out adventure, I embarked on my journey to explore the world after completing my Bachelor’s degree in Strategy Development in South Africa. I worked and travelled my way through various countries in Europe and finally moved to London where I completed my Master’s in Business Management and expanded my horizons by working in the FMCG and fashion industries. Bitten by the travel bug once more, I moved to Singapore last year, where I joined Universum as University Relations Manager for APAC leveraging my insights from working with students, universities and our clients to help organizations navigate the talent landscape more strategically.

Michelle Lim, Founder of MAD School/Awards Lab/ Make the Change under Chatsworth Medi@rt Academy

An accidental entrepreneur, Michelle pinned high hopes on being a successful banker but deviated into corporate education as a consultant. Within 3 years, her privileged Mandarin background afforded her the opportunity to be the Business & Product Development Senior Manager of the franchise markets in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Throughout her time invested in the educational world spanning 9 years, she has recruited and coached thousands of students whilst living her passion in transforming individuals through sound education and mentoring.

Shane Hill, Founder and CEO, Skoolbo

He is passionate about enhancing life opportunities through the use of great educational technology. He believes in two things: 1) make fantastic e-learning programs 2) make them freely available so that everyone can benefit. He also presented to key government ministers from more than 50 countries at the 2013 Global Education & Skills Forum in Dubai. He won the Social Innovation Leadership Award at World CSR Congress and Awards 2013 in Mumbai, India - The World CSR Congress brings over 130 countries under one roof to unite the best of the best and celebrate leadership in building a better society and making a better world.

Markus Keiper, Executive Vice President Global Marketing, Communications & CRM – Marine, Rolls-Royce Singapore

Markus Keiper is a multilingual executive with broad international experience from SMEs and MNCs. He is an expert in brand management, distribution management, business development and strategy amongst many other accolades. He does not only hold a wealth of experience in Corporations but is also the Founder of Children’s Friends – a non-profit organization striving to provide a better future and normalcy for the children in Sri Lanka destitute by the Asia Tsunami of 2004 – and is a Member of the Board of Advisors to AIESEC Singapore. He was also not only the former President of AIESEC Germany but President of AIESEC International as well.

Julien Finet, Managing Director, Steam Groupe

Julien Finet is the Managing Director of Steam Groupe Pte Ltd and has developed partnerships with MNCs such as Great Eastern, Morgan Stanley, and various business groups. He has also taken up several senior positions in Project Management, Business Development and Consultancy roles since 2003. He was also the President of AIESEC in France and a member of AIESEC International and has driven multiple new National Partnerships with SNCF, HP and PPR while coordinating and leading 15 LCs and its 200+ members with AIESEC France long term strategy and development.

Romeo Gabato, Regional Lead of DHL Express GOGREEN Program, Asia Pacific

Romeo Gabato is part of the Corporate Programs team, managing the GoGreen Program based at DHL Express Regional Office in Singapore. Romeo also works closely with the Sales and Product team at DHL Express in offsetting the carbon emission of their shipments such as the GOGREEEN Carbon Neutral service. To date, the GOGREEN Carbon Neutral Services is available to 17 markets in Asia Pacific and 40 markets worldwide with leading global financial institutions and multi-national companies as customers. Romeo is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, and holds Bachelors of Science in Accountancy, Cum Laude, from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City.
