Amtek Group: Proposed Reorganization
Amtek Auto has acquired 33 million shares of Amtek India at anaverage price of Rs. 64.83 per share, constituting 26.25% ofthe paid up equity capital of Amtek India, through a block deal
As a result, Amtek Auto has applied to SEBI to issue a tenderoffer to buy an additional 25 million shares, or 20% of the paidup equity capital of Amtek India, at a price of Rs. 68 per sharein an open offer
