Para ilmuan perlindungan tumbuhan (ENTOMOLOGIST) dapat mengubah kebijakan fasilitasi perdagangan dan Perjanjian SPS bila memiliki latar belakang pengetahuan perlindungan tumbuhan yang sempurna.
