Transcript of Sims Urbs Powerpoint
Sims Urbs is a game where you finish goals that have to do with life in order
to win.
Work plan
For our work plan we have decided to each do a slide a day until our project is done… We are going to go through the slides in order and just divvy them up as we go along in the project. Which means that we will definitely be done by the time the year is over.
Describing Sims Sims Urbs is a game where you create
a character and you go through “life” and
complete goals with ( such as getting a job
or making new friends).
We chose Urbs
because it looked like
a fun and most of our
group new what it was
and knew how to play.
We also choose Urbs
because it seemed like a
good game that had a lot of information to
do a walk through on. When played
we expected it to be fun and it was but
what we didn’t expect was that the
beginning would go into much detail
and that it would be as challenging as it
was.
We have all played Sims beforeBut we have not all played it on the same type of game system. Tysha played it on the game cube, Josephine and Javae played it on the on a Nintendo Ds and Ronnie played it on the computer… having different game systems changed the controls but the goals are still the same, so it was okay. I think that over all everyone in our group thinks that Picking this game was a good choice.

• What you would do differently
(Javae) Contributions
I think that every member in our group contributed in their own way… I think that Ronnie was good at finding pictures. I think that Josephine was good at understanding what the questions asked us to do.
Personally I would have liked to work a little quicker and would have liked having less work to do (because it was hard). But overall I think that I did good and our group did good.
Reflection
• Brief reflection from each member on the quality game, the value of the learning experience, and working as a group member.
• Is this kind of unit worth while?
Reflections (Josephine)
• The quality of the game is very good. You learn how to take care of your sim, keep up with new fashion and
Reflections=Javae The game was fun and I would play it
again…. But it was hard to play and do the power point and the game takes a long time to play so we didn’t get very far.
As far as working in a group, I think that it was an okay experience but it is definitely easier to work alone. I think that the unit was boring and I would not make someone make a power point like this again.
