I wanted to send you a quick note, and please share with your team. I
just went through the open enrollment process and I absolutely love the
new tool! It was easy to use, user friendly and the best experience I have
had during this process in the six years I have been here. Kudos to you
and your team for making this happen and for providing such an
amazing experience!! GREAT JOB!
Everyone – I just completed the enrollment process (took a whole five
minutes) and my compliments to everyone involved in every aspect of
the project. The application is simple, easy to navigate and lovely to look
at to boot. Very, very nicely done.
Would love to know who was responsible for the Open Enrollment site
for open enrollment. I have to say that was the most "painless"
experience, it was easy to use, stepped you through so that you knew
what you were/were not signing up for, all in all a great web experience.
