neck pain can often be
treated to “everyday”
causes such as muscle strain
and stress.
Simply applying
alternating hot and cold compresses
on your nape for 15
minutes, which you will
repeat like clockwork
every two-to-three hours.
Simple activities like
stretching your neck can
work well enough as long as you
are not applying
pressure on it.
If you notice that leaning at your computer while working
sends pockets of pains on your
neck, then you might consider changing how you “position”
your body during work.
If all the tips given above do
little in alleviating your
pain, then taking painkillers like
acetaminophen or even those
coming in nonprescription cream form can prove to be just as helpful as any of the tips listed.
