The Easysae® project for the Lean Manufacturing

Easysae® is a product developed by Fomir srl, an Italian company leader in the manufacturing of industrial furniture. Innovation was the

priority of the project from the very beginning. The goal was to design and develop a highly innovative product to meet lean requirements

better than other products available in the market in terms of easiness of use, quickness of set-up, versatility in use and minimum

investment.

Easysae® - featuring only 3 basic components – makes planning, order placing, stock and warehouse management, and final assembly easier.

It allows users to design in a quick and easy way workstations, trolleys and carts, gravity flow racks, storage systems to create an optimal

environment for the application of the Lean principles.

The Easysae® system combines lightness with strength and rigidity thanks to the special geometry of both the tubular profile and the joints.

Precise cutting of the profiles is not required, since any error occurring during cutting is compensated by the joints; no further processing is

necessary; assemblies can be quickly constructed without the need for special tooling but a screwdriver.

Great flexibility, high corrosion resistance, robust yet aesthetically pleasing, recycable, designed for quick assembly and easy handling: these

are some of the main characteristic features of the Easysae® system.

STABILITY OF THE STRUCTURES

The maximum rigidity of the connections, exceptional grip and pull-out

resistance of the Easysae® system provide unrivaled stability of the

structures.

The applied force opens the two halves.

This means that a pipe tube assemble is

unstable, joints are not reusable, bolts become

loosened and have to be retightened.

Supply OptionsThere are 3 main ways in which Easysae® can be supplied:

Turnkey is the solution that provides complete consulting services from the identification of your needs, to realization

and delivery of the product. We will cover the design, assembly and delivery to your business.

We design the structures for you according to your needs and ship them to you with all the profile cut to length and

packaged in a kit for you to build. We also provide clear assembling instructions for easy self-assembly.

This solution allows you to save a lot of your precious time and money. You design, build and modify the structures as

needed. Under the section Assistance available on our website easysae.it, you will find additional information to support

your project development process.

Profiles having the same length are marked with the same colour and

their final position is shown in the drawing.

This allows for QUICK and EASY assembly.

It is assumed an applied force no greater than 30 kg / mm2 and a deflection not exceeding 1% of

the distance between the two supports.

The given weights refer to 2 roller tracks with a uniformly distributed load.

In order to increase the load capacity, it is necessary to add further roller tracks. Independently

from the roller track, every wheel is designed to withstand up to 40 Kg of vertical weight.
