Assemblage Instructions:

1.

Join the Table Leg 2 (part 1) and Table Leg 1 (part 2) with glue. You should pay special attention,while making the Cross Half Lap Joints, because it is crucial for the whole structure firmness.

2. Mark the mortises on the subassembly made in previous step and carve them out.

3.

Attach the Table Cleat (part 5) with glue to the subassembly made in the previous step.

Drill the holes on the subassembly made in the previous step following the instruction in 2D documentationand glue Dowels D16x90mm (part 6) in it.

Form two of these subassemblies.

4. Now, we will join these two subassemblies using the Bench and Table Strecher (part 3). Apply some gluon the Tenon and push it into subassembly made in step 3.

Tenon has one hole. Now, put some glue in it and carefully hammer the Tusk Wedge (part 4) in it.

5.

Arrange the Bench and Table Slats (part 7) by following 2D documentation onto the subassembly fromprevious picture, then mark the pilot holes and drill them very carefully.

Attach the Bench and Table Slats (part 7) to the assembly made in the previous step with Woodscrews D6x8

mm (part 8).

Glue the Screw Covers (part 9) into the holes.

Chair And Bench Assemblage Instruction:

Follow exactly the same instructions to assemble the Bench and the Stool.
