1.3 Task Description

(a) Generally, the duration to complete a task should be about 1-3 hours.

(b) Big task should be broken down into smaller tasks with each not more than 2 hours to complete.(c) Task description should be as brief as possible.

2.1 Each week, you are to fill up next week's (W + 1) Week No. in F3 of the "to_do_ list" Worksheet. Eg ifweek ( W+1) is Week No. 43, then type 43 in F3

2.2 The "From" & "To" dates in G4 & H4 (covering Monday to Sunday of the week) will be filled automatic

2.3 Enter the no. of days of work for the week as per contract and the relevant days deductibles in K5 toholidays and others) and also the no. of contract working hours per day in K2 and the Net Contract Ho

3.1 The Diary consists of 6 separate boxes. Each box represent one day from Monday to Saturday. Oncehave entered the Week No.in F3 of "to_do_list" worksheet, the respective dates and week days will b

3.3 Each week, you should schedule tasks as stated in Week W+1 of the To-Do List only.

3.4 After each task is done, you should enter the actual duration and date involved.Other relevant data in the Diary will be populated automatically.
