SL SIL-FLEXSL (RTV 7525) is a self-leveling one component, low modulus,

neutral cure silicone sealant and adhesive. When fully cured, this unique VOC compliant formula offers UV stability and tenacious adhesion. It is frequently used for coating electronic components and terminals or sealing pitch pockets and window seams. This product is specifically formulated to offer all weather performance to meet today's Green Building Standards.

INSTRUCTIONS• Remove dirt, grease, or moisture from surface to be sealed or bonded. Allow to dry thoroughly.• Cut nozzle at angle to desired bead size.• Push sealant ahead for uniform bead. Section thickness should be limited to ¼ “ (6mm) or less.• Tool sealant to desire thickness immediately before skin forms.• Skin time approximately 12 minutes. Tack free in about 25 minutes. Normal curing 30 hours.• Length of time for full cure depends upon thickness of application and other factors including temperature & humidity.• See data sheet for complete information.

May cause eye / skin / respiratory irritation.• Wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, get medical attention. Remove contact lenses before using sealant. Do not handle lenses until all sealant has been cleared from the fingertips, nails, and cuticles. Residual sealant may remain on fingers for several days and transfer to lenses and cause severe eye irritation. • Uncured product contact may irritate the skin and lungs. To clean from skin, wipe very thoroughly with dry cloth or paper towel before washing with detergent and water. Avoid breathing vapor. Use in well ventilated area. Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell or if skin irritation or rash occurs. Wear protective gloves. • Dispose of contents/container to an approved waste disposal plant. Fully cured sealant is non-hazardous.• Refer to Safety Data Sheet for detailed information and NFPA listings.• Conforms to California Prop. 65 Listed Chemicals (See SDS).CAUTION: Do not exceed 45 psig. when used in air powered caulking guns.
