Signature S.O is a food business with a mission to promote a united culture of Multicultural Britain. This is done through a passion for some amazingly delicious and diverse international

foods and a genuine love for people of all nations, and colours. We specialises in making chicken wings from all over the world. With flavours ranging from the hidden beauty of the

Thailand natives to the flaring glories of South Africa. We believe and are confident that food is an excellent communal ground upon which to build good relationships within

communities. “Excellence and Diversity this is our Signature.”

In 2010 I was given what I know will remain one for the

most poignant and memorable opportunities I have

ever experienced. I was given the opportunity to travel

to Ghana and work in the poorest villages out there.

Everyday I would watch fathers and mothers waking up

at 5am every single day and walking barefoot out into

the garden working from morning till late into the

evening harvesting fruit and vegetables 12 hours a day to

make a living. I was humbled beyond words. For the last

few years I've been researching fair trade produce from

Africa and I've fallen in love with the beauties these

countries have to offer. After endless nights of research,

visits to these beautiful farm lands in Africa, and

amazing conversations with people all over Africa, 6

years later Sweet Safari Sauce was born.

My Story

Fair Trade Sweet Safari Sauce

Sweet Safari Sauce is a sweet sauce, blended

with delicious herbs spices and sugars from all

over Africa. It prides itself on it’s source of

Fair-trade ingredients. Making for a great

testament of Signature S.O’s authentic brand,

and love for people of all nations. The sauce

oozes flavours that create Signature S.O’s

flagship delicious sweet safari chicken wings

recipe, and serves as a beautiful delicious

addition to any savoury meal.

A gingery sweet mix with a slight hint of

chili peppers.

A sauce that not only brags a high quality delicious authentic taste of the beautiful flavours Africa has

to offer, but one that also sources it’s produce from those lands, in a way that supports farmers and

workers in these often undervalued but greatly enriched sides of the world through using Fair Trade

produce for its ingredients.

Welcome To South Africa The land of the great Nelson Mandela, an evening of a hot, sweet and sticky classic original peri peri chicken wing recipe and local SA accompaniments.

An enjoyable and delicious evening of fun, laughter and Signature S.O’s Sweet Safari Chicken Wings, along with some other food promoting the great flavours third world African countries have to offer. Hosted in conjunction with the promotion of the Fair Trade produce.
