In this issue we would like to introduce two new versatile pieces of equipment to our machinery range. Our machinery division is now more than 3 years old and we have achieved over 200 installations of our machines in the GCC region and are very proud to feature some of our successful installations in this issue.

The Saw Trax panel saw is an all purpose saw for cutting a wide range of sheets like acrylic, MDF, glass and even ACP v-grooving. The machine is built in the USA and will provide fabricators and sign makers more flexibility and efficiency in their production units. It is designed to take up very little space on the shop floor and is operable by a single user.

The other machine is the Accurate Speedmatic, an automatic bending machine that can provide POP fabricators with the speed and accuracy to ensure the exact same finish for large volume production in a short time using a single operator. Universal Sheet cutter and Panel SawFabricators need to cut a variety of materials; the SAWTRAX, Universal Panel Saw can cut most of the materials in a fabrication unit, joinery or sign shop. These are designed with Bosch GKS65. The Saw blades are easily available in the market. Also laser pointers make sure that you cut in exactly the right places.

C64SMThe size makes it perfect even for production units with space restrictions. All the capabilities of large panel saw and more are packed in space efficient frame. It has a cutting width of 1.5m and infinite length of sheet cross cut. Extendable legs are optional can be used to extend the base of the cutter.

FS88SMDesigned to load and cut 3mx2m sheets by a single operator. 3m fully welded frame and 18 material support rollers provide full sheet support. It has a cutting width of 2 meters and infinite length of sheet cross cut.

Acrylic bending has always been challenging as it depends on operator’s caliber to have consistent finished products in limited time. The Accurate Speedmatic bending machine is a one of a kind product where we can take out the dependence on multiple operators for large quantity of jobs.

Capable of producing maximum 4 numbers of bends at about 600 jobs per hour speed. The speed varies based on the thickness of the materials used. Suitable for a wide range of materials like acrylic, PETG and polystyrene.
