We are, next to other products, specialised in Lenel, GE (SP and PP systems), Pacom, CCure, InfoGraphics, Sensor Access Technology and others. Management: The Security Integrators Group ( SIG-EMEA) provides management services to clients who wishes to implem ent a security system according to their corporate standa rds in their buildings all over Europe, Middle East and Africa ( EMEA region). We provide our clients with a “single poin t of contact” for all the activities, services and products they need on a professional international level! These services consist of: • Consultancy & Design • Proposal management • Project management • Service management All our management services can be tracked and traced through our web portal, where we will update you with the latest details on your project status, order status, status of your service call etc. These services are most interesting for (multi-site) organizations who need to establish their business in the EMEA region, and don’t have experience with the local culture, quality of the local security installers, local law & regulations (H&S) at the country of install and / or who prefer a one stop shop & single point of contact solution. Consultancy and Design: We have highly trained and qualified and experience d people in our group with the needed experience to give you the ri ght advice to all your security queries and who will, together with y ou, design a concept model which gives the best solution in your situation. When you have a new location where you need to implement your security solution, we can survey the new site for you on your behalf so we can issue you with a detailed consult report. We will actively cooperate with you on choosing the most logical and suitable equipment to achieve a secure environment for your building and people in which we will respect your security policy standards. Where needed we consult you on new technology solutions or operational solutions which can deal with specific security situations that cannot be covered with standard technology and operational solutions. Proposal Management:

Once the system has been designed to your expectati ons, we can provide you with proposal management services. For this we will search in our directory of security integrators who are based at the country of install, and certified to deliver and install the equipment / solution of your choice. Once the proposal has been compiled by the local installer, we will hand this proposal over to you for your review. After this you have the choice to go direct to the security integrator who provided the proposal, on which you will be charged for our consultancy, design and proposal management services, or you can choose SIG-EMEA to manage the project implementation. This way you will always be ensured you have the best local rates for implementing a security system in the country of your choice, and the support of a management organization which is experienced with the culture, rules and regulations of the country of your choice and your security policy requirements

Project Management: Once you have selected SIG-EMEA to provide you the project management service, our project manager will work c losely with you and manage the project implementation on your behal f. We will provide you with project plans and attend scheduled meetings (con call & on site) on your behalf where we will deliver you with meeting minutes indicating the progress of the project. The financial aspect will be managed by our project manager as well, where he will keep track of the process of the project and ensure payments and invoices are raised in the correct manner and time. On project completion our project manager will commission the system with the local security integrator, prior to handing it over to you, so you will be ensured the system is fully tested and commissioned at handover date. Our project manager will ensure completion certificates and handover documentation is presented to you after the project completion. Service Management: SIG-EMEA can also provide service management to you, which w ill give you the advantages that you (your offices) wil l be provided with a central dial in number for your Service request thr oughout the EMEA region. We will ensure there are back to back contracts in place with the local security integrators who installed your system, ensuring your SLA’s (service level agreements) are met. Upon your request we can provide you with a report indicating the service request in your offices in the EMEA region, which will tell you where the service calls took place, what the issue was, how many times the problem occurred etc. This is essential information which helps you understand and analyze specific system problems in the field. Our web portal can provide you with the latest information (track and trace) whenever you need it, so you don’t have to take the time zones in the EMEA region in consideration.
