Farleygreene have manufactured sieving machinery and process equipment for the world’s

process industries since 1976. We are renowned for offering customers’ the benefit of, ‘off the

shelf’ units configured exactly to serve your requirements. We solve the application problem and

Farleygreene equipment comes with a long warranty, full spares support and a rapid response

re-meshing service - providing you with equipment confidence and the ease of keeping

equipment in first class running order. All machines are ergonomic designed, they can be

dismantled without tools, and are easy to clean with the minimum of ‘down time’ .

We carry vast spare parts stock for all our units & have invested years of experience and money

into ensuring that we have the most called for parts available for customers off the shelf.

We can offer full validation packages for our machines including, design - installation - operation

qualifications. Our machines use FDA approved components and all parts can include full trace

ability, surface roughness measurements, as built drawings, FAT testing and any other

documentation you may require, our range of equipment is suitable for all areas of production.

We manufacture all our sieving machines within the United Kingdom and are proud of probably

being the only sieve manufacturer to be able to say this.

We operate from a modern factory in the South of England. Our units are assembled and tested

in our fitting workshop by trained staff. Our machines are subject to the same rigorous test and

quality assurance protocols as most ISO registered companies. We have been supplying sieving

machines and process equipment for over 34 years.

We can provide a solution for almost any application, and can supply equipment to meet your

specific needs - no matter how improbable the space or situation seems. We incorporate all

aspects of process equipment providing customers with a clear solution from a single supplier.

Customers are welcome to use the testing facility at our factory in Aldershot. We have a full

range of trial units available for evaluation, alternatively we can bring the unit to your site to

carry out tests.

We like to be able to offer our customers advice and help on any aspect of their process systems,

and pride ourselves on having a long relationship with them.

trolled on the screen to ensure excellent screening yields. Suitable for powders or liquids.

Linear feeding screener with a gentle but powerful action suitable fordewatering, dedusting of friable products. Sieve and convey in one unit. Each machine is made

8 Sievmaster Rota.200-ST - 200-C - 200 ECO - 400

Bulk powder high speed sieving. Non vibratory sifting with easy ‘no tool’ change mesh baskets.Cantilever models and twin cylinder units. Can be used within pneumatic/vacuum convey lines.

9 Sievmaster Disintegrader.200 DIST

Sieve and de-agglomeration of product in one unit. Fed into the special auger section to breakdown product, material is then passed into the screening section and is sized according to the

mesh screen inside. Can manually or automatically fed.

10 Sievmaster Sonotech ultrasonic's.AGS 100 - DGS 100 & 200

Frequency variation ultrasonic deblinding systems. New generation technology which elimi-nates the problem of ‘hotspots’ associated with older technology. Systems increases through-

puts and increases screen life compared to other types.Available in analogue and digital versions depending on level of deblinding required.

11 Sievmaster Magnetic separators.Tubes - Grates - Inline - Drawers

Powerful rare earth neodymium magnetic separators. From simple tubes and grates to easyclean inline drawer units & inline liquid traps. Sievmaster units can also be fitted with

underscreen magnets and use a special magnetic stainless mesh to ensure metal capture.
