Conclusions• ROW cost for Wasson east of I-71 is
only $887,000• I-71 ROW expense is almost all due to
Gilbert Ave. development• Serves 7 Cincinnati NBDs• Tri-County line also has low ROW costs• After that, they’re pretty similar in
ROW costs, and people & NBDs served• Much more thorough analysis needed• The devil is REALLY in the details
