PORTFOLIO OVERVIEWSealy & Company is pleased to present the Shreveport Select Portfolio, located throughout the Shreveport, Louisiana MSA. The portfolio is comprised of five projects totaling 990,260 square feet (SF). The buildings are dispersed in high quality business parks and retail corridors in several of the area’s top locations.The portfolio is 58% leased to 47 tenants with a weighted average lease term in excess of 3.9 years. While second generation assets, all of the buildings have been institutionally owned and maintained over time with significant capital recently invested into the roofs, parking lots, and redevelopment. The Shreveport Select Portfolio offers investors the opportunity to execute an “Evergreen Income” strategy that will provide steadily growing cash flow from a diversified sample of quality assets. The Portfolio’s physical specifications position it to compete favorably as many of them are the top tier options when compared to other properties in the market.
