PK Chandrashekhar: He has spent 15 years as a sales and

people management specialist and has travelled across India working with industry leaders like Xerox India , ING Life & ICICI Securities. Training was his passion and he actively involved himself in developing and delivering training to his teams for optimum results. He was a core member of the talent acquisition team in his previous organizations. He was also a deciding panel member for hiring teams through campus recruitments. He is a well respected and highly skilled facilitator and very popular as a trainer at any forum due to his versatility, articulation and humorous easy going style.

P. Omender: He has 15 years of work experience, with a

proven track record in the corporate/private sector from organizations such as Tata Teleservices, Usha International Limited, and with ICICI and Fullerton in the financial sector. Along with his cross cultural experiences, Omender brings with him extensive experience from the corporate world. He was always actively involved in HR activities and was a deciding authority for hiring new teams through placement companies and campus recruitment drives. He has always had a strong liking towards training and that has finally prompted him to take up training as his full time profession.

Kiranmayi Racha: She has an overall experience of 16 years in the corporate world handling various assignments in sales, operations, training and people management. She was associated with companies such as Compaq, ICICI PruLife, Reliance Life, ING life and Storm Overseas Education. Being passionate about learning and development, she was always involved in training and hand holding the new recruits into the organization. She was also a part of the selection committees and the hiring teams of many companies.

Anurag Kumar : He comes with an all round experience of 14 years in varied industrial sectors handling different verticals during his tenure in the corporate world. He has previously worked with Lupin Ltd and ICICI Securities Ltd. He is highly skilled in sales, planning, designing, people management and training. He has in the latter part of his career developed a strong interest towards training. His proven track record in building teams through training and achieving success made him take up training and development as a full time profession.

among the students, Disha has developed “NISKRITI” – a program that means complete development of a student. While the students are always a area of focus, we thought of breaking the monotonous ways of teaching by the faculty and developed “NISKRAMA” – a program that means intellectual faculty.

204, Sriman Aishwarya Towers, opp. NTR grounds, Ashok Nagar. The air conditioned office has a capacity to undertake workshops for 12-15 participants, with all required equipment. However, we are flexible to conduct the workshops as per the requirements of the clients.
