PT stabilizes at deltoid area
STEPS
-stabilize elastic band
-ask patient to grasp elastic in hand
-ask patient to move the elastic band crossing his chest without bending his elbows
-hold it for 5 seconds

STEPS:
- ask patient to move the elastic band crossing his chest without bending his elbows
-Hold it for 5 seconds
THERA BANDSTEPS
-secure elastic band
-ask patient to hold elastic band with both hands
-ask patient to pull the elastic bandage towards him/her
-hold it for 5 seconds

DUMBBELLSTEPS:
-ask patient to lie on his back
-hold dumbbell
-ask patient to lift his arm by bending his elbows
-hold for 5 sseconds
ELBOW
A. Flexion ( biceps )
ECCENTRIC
-sitting with arm at side and forearm supinated
-stabilize scapular area
THERA BAND
PT stabilizes on the back ( scapular area ) and elbow area.STEPS:-Stand on elastic
-Grasp elastic in hand, palm up, arm straight.
-Pull upward, bending at elbow.
-hold for 5 seconds

DUMBBELLS
STEPS:
-Hold dumbbells
-Grasp dumbbells in hand, palm up, arm straight.
Pull upward, bending at elbow.
-hold for 5seconds

HIPFLEXION ECCENTRIC
THERA BAND
PT stabilizes on hip area
Step 1.
-Loop band around the thigh
-Extend leg forward, keeping
knee straight.-ask patient to bring his leg forward wi5th knee straight
-hold for 5 seconds

PT stabilizes on hip areaStep 1
-ask patient to lie in his abdomen
-secure band on upper thigh-tell patient to lift up his leg with knees straighten up
-hold for 5 seconds
